Very convenient and secure parking
Disappointed as bar had no brandy or baileys for a night cap before retiring.

Being in the middle of town, it was quite noisy.
I had prepaid for my room back in March, but receptionist said I hadn't. Partly my fault, I should have double checked so I paid again. When I explained, a refund was issued, but will take up to 10 days. I feel it should have shown on the system, that I had paid.

IVE vehicles using EV spaces meant we had to find alternative chargers despite paying for parking. EV spaces should be exclusively for EVs

Nothing
Hotel was central. Breakfast was excellent, both quality and choice. Handy parking once one could find the way in, easy access to Cathedral and some excellent real ale and Belgium beer pubs. Would use it again .
Bathroom was cramped, inflexible shower, too dangerous to use for older persons, no handrails etc. Room heating was too slow to reast and something was noisy and clicked all night.
Central location
Noisy at night, especially Friday/Saturday night owing to nearby bars/clubs. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.
