very limited tea/milk provided for a two night stay
Unfortunately i didnt enjoy any aspects of the hotel
Moment you step in to check in you are informed you have to pay a other £50 in case you smash the room up or steal the kettle. This pretty much sums up this hotel, breakfast very poor, noisy as & not tge cleanest place. Car parking impossible, not fit for purpose

Bathroom needs updating, no extractor fan in Bathroom, so ceiling git abit of mold on
Large bed. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to Warner Bros Studio Tour.
Not a great neighbourhood. Undesirable people hanging around the carpark outside outside our window. Hotel carpark was very tight to get into. Cooked breakfast was terrible and not worth the money. We could not eat it and had to have toast instead. Shower had no curtain and the screen was too small so water went all over the bathroom when you showered.
Clean and kind staff
It was boiling hot! But this is a problem in any property in UK. The fan was too small.
The value for the price and the location.
The rooms weren't sound proof and the noises from the corridors and other room doors could easily be heard. The parking was also hard to find when first arriving to the hotel.

Bit noisy, car allowed to idle in the car park for ages.
Checking in was very simple and easy staff were polite and happy. They were helpful when we asked for directions. And checking was a pleasure.
