Amazing staff. Cleared space in room as my wheelchair was large.
Pros:

Was where my son had his prom night

The bed. Walls thin so hear lots of noise.

The breakfast was very good. We'll cooked and plentiful

Cons:

As we are in the higher age bracket it would have been nice to have a lift to our room. A gentleman did carry our case up the stairs after we asked. If we had been staying longer I would have asked for a ground floor room.

Generally a lovely break but we will not pay for breakfast next time

Cons:

It was a little tired
On our first visit, the heating wasn’t working and it was cold in the room. The staff member came to fix it , but it didn’t work

Unfortunately the breakfast was extremely disappointing! Dried up and tasteless .

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Staff were all very helpful.

Room could have been warmer. Extra heaters were available on request.
