Beautiful location
Beautiful location, ideal surroundings for taking a little trip with our pup.
The room was possibly a little bit dated. Only criticism was that the cocktails were far too sweet
I got a really good deal so the value was excellent, front desk very helpful and friendly, i couldnt fault the room and the surrounding grounds were very serene.
There was nothing i was dissatified with.
The attention and customer service. We were given an upgrade because our assigned room smelled strongly (in fact stunk) of cigarrette smoke. We would recommend better enforcement of the no-smoking policy.
But the manager on duty addressed and resolved our concerns.

We were a golf group of 20 for a 1 night DBB and 2 rounds. The service was impeccable, the food was great and the course had a great variety of holes.
Window was broken, no air conditioning, fan was very noisy. Bed was very lumpy and hard.
The breakfast was very basic, and the bread and muffins were mouldy.
Facilities such as golf course and swimming pool. Location was quiet but accessible to motorways.
Breakfast. Food quality was poor though selection was good. Even the pastries and yogurts were tasteless. Cup of tea was nice though.
All the food was excellent.
Everything was lovely, great view from our room over the golf course. The outside dining and bar area was exceptional.
Nothing.
Friendly staff
Great surroundings
Lovely breakfast
Great bar area
Nothing about the property but was awoken at 4:30am by shouting residents
Golf break with husband & friends. The golfers all enjoyed the course, plenty of buggies for hire if needed.
Myself & 1 other non-golfer. There is a pool with sauna & steam room & you can book spa treatments. Also asnooker room. Bedrooms are fairly large with showers over the the bath. We have now been back to this hotel 6 times over the years and are thinking of returning next year for 3 times on a row (as a rule, we go back for a 2nd year then find a new venue).
The staff are fantastic, friendly, efficient and so welcoming. The food has been fabulous.
Un emplacement au calme dans un hôtel très sympathique.
room and breakfast both excellant -disabled facilities very good and comfortable to use.
nothing everything was very good
Room spacious and cool in very hot weather.
I didn’t have a fridge that would be because I got a discounted room.
Great staff maintenance guy was very kind moved me to a better room that was cool.
Not having a fridge in hot weather for milk etc
I can not rate this hotel enough. I often travel to Leicester to visit my nana and stay usually at the Marriott. However, this time I was bringing my 3 year old and wanted somewhere that had a pool so we could make the most of the weekend trip. From the moment I booked, I was in contact with the receptionist via email to change my room to a twin room, which was done within 30 mins of my email without any hassle. Then on arrival, we were greeted at the desk by a lovely lady (don’t remember her name sadly) and also Chrissie, who worked in the leisure complex. Within seconds, they were greeting Henry, chrissie invited him to the swimming pool and offered to help him with floats and toys. On reaching the pool (with Henry who’s petrified of swimming), Chrissie was on hand with floats, toys and pool side support for Henry. We then went into the resteraunt for tea, and was again welcomed by a lovely lady on the bar who helped assist with the kids menu.
In summary, the team at this hotel, wether just walking by someone in the corridor or direct, I was amazed by the friendliness and level of service.
Thank you for our positive stay
Lovely surroundings. The pool temperature was just right. Food was really tasty and made with good quality ingredients. The burger was one of the best I had ever eaten, and the gooseberry and stem ginger eton mess was delicious. They were both so good that I had them both nights we were there. The air conditioning in the bar area was very welcome. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast from 7.00am at the weekend was just what I needed.
It was extremely hot, and there was no air conditioning in our room. Unfortunately, the fan was not much help due to the unusually high temperature.
