Very clean and fantastically friendly staff
Nothing - it was all good.
Everything was good
Room was clean and pleasant
Breakfast no longer served and as we arrived on a Sunday evening we were too late to eat in hotel and had to go out for an evening meal.
location
1st room hadn’t been cleaned so was moved. Second day no hot water.
The hotel is lovely and the staff are very welcoming
There was nothing i didnt like about it
Lovely hotel and bars in large grounds
Situated in a very quiet area but easy walk into the town
The outside garden was lovely
The shower in the room would not change temperature it trickled and even to wash sand off it was difficult due to very low pressure. After getting in the bed there was a smell of sex so we looked and the bottom sheet was not clean we left the hotel at half 3 am and we didn't go in the hotel after been out at 2.30am the draws in the room still had things from when the last person stayed very disappointed as it is meant to be a Deluxe room
It’s a beautiful building and very kept , clean and tidy , beautiful decor in rooms , the staff are very polite and friendly ,
We stayed during the heat wave and the windows only open a little bit, the fan that was provided was nt very strong so made no difference to the room temperature , could do with two fans for twin room and better stronger ones .
Large areas, friendly staff, calm atmosphere.
Didn’t get breakfast included
Nice and quiet…decent views
Had to ask for the shower to be reattached
Fan needed my partner to take it apart as blade was catching on the guard
Shower gel was tiny…was given more on asking
The toilet brush was absolutely covered in faeces🤮
Really nice place
Great location at a very reasonable price. Quiet yet within 15 minutes of the hustle and bustle of the seafront. Closest hotel to Seacroft Golf Club. Room was spacious and clean, a little quirky, but that is part of the charm of staying in 250 year old property. Food was excellent both in quality and value for money.
Breakfast isn’t available every morning, but there plenty of alternatives in the town.
