Pros:

It was very clean and nice to look at decor wise.
The few staff we met was very polite and welcoming.

Cons:

It was so noisy. We did not sleep well at all through the night due to creaking floorboards and other various noises in the property.
Other guest who was extremely loud who was above us.
Bathroom door kept opening as it was not shutting properly.

Pros:

Lovely hotel, 15 mins walk into Skegness so nice and quiet. Good location, well priced. Very clean, nice outside area for drinks that were reasonably priced. Staff very friendly. Had a great stay.

Cons:

The only thing we could criticise was not having a breakfast option. Even coffee and pastry option would have been nice.

Lovely place but wouldn’t bother with breakfast
Pros:

Beautiful inside and out! Lovely room, big bathroom and bed was comfy
Sir working Reception was so lovely and welcoming
Loved the fairy lights !

Cons:

Car park stones were too deep i nearly broke my ankle, it was like a foam pit with rocks
Breakfast wasn’t great, eggs were hard and cold, beans were dry and wasn’t a fan of the sausages, didn’t get any toast which was supposed to come with the full breakfast, tea and coffee was also cold
Wasn’t asked if it was ok, no staff around for long periods of time during b-fast

Pros:

Staff were lovely especially the cleaning lady. Quiet rooms. Nice location and great parking. Big bathroom!

Cons:

If youre less mobile and youre on the 2nd floor the windy staircase may be too much if youre carrying a heavy suitcase too. I was okay but just a heads up to others.

Needs an upgrade
Pros:

Location was good for spending days in Skegness.

Cons:

No breakfast available apart from weekends not even a box option. Not good for anyone with mobility issues . Steep stairs to rooms a problem when taking luggage up . No ventilation in bathroom no window or vent . Climbing into a high sided bath for a shower when you are nearly 80 is impossible. Very stuffy as window only opens a few inches . Was given a fan on request though . Clean but needs a makeover .
