Location and the staff were great ever so friendly and helpful.
Lovely hotel room was good.
Only thing I have the room was a bit dated for my taste but had everything we needed.
Location and view lovely from our rooms as we paid extra.
My room was underneath the breakfast/dinning room and extremely noisy from 6.45 am with chairs being scraped across the floor and people walking back and forth. Unbearable!!

Spacious and tasteful double room with lovely views over the water. Good parking. A warm welcome at reception and a charming old building in an admirable location. Pleasant grounds. Very good value for money overall.
Hot and stuffy room during the warm weather, no air conditioning but no fan provided. Had to ask for one. Worryingly creaky floorboards. Saggy mattress. One rude member of staff.

Stayed on room 415 and looked like the bathroom was recently refitted however the shower trickled so was pretty much impossible to get a decent shower, so didn't even attempt to wash my hair.
Did tell staff but was told maintenance can't do anything about it and given 2 drinks vouchers.
Need a microscope to see what drinks were covered.
The room itself was ok but could do with a tweak. Wallmounted TV not central to bed position. No iron and board in the room. Could do with USB ports in the room so that phones etc could be plugged in.

Decor felt very tired especially in the room. The top opening window was really grimy inside.

The room 418 was hot and due to constant hum in the room, we had barely any sleep. Tried to work out where the noise was coming from but couldn't identify it. Tried sleeping with windows open and closed but still noisy and hot.
Disappointed that I'd made a dietary request for breakfast which was not adhered to. We weren't even on the list for breakfast when we arrived at the dining room and after a sleepless night, I was too tired to mention it. Feel the breakfast was basic and not great quality ingredients

Nothing to hang hand towels on in bathroom near the sink. Seems silly to have to drip water on floor to get to the towel rail.

Hotel is aan de oude kant. Geen mogelijkheid om overdag wat te drinken te halen. Goed te been zijn voor wandeling naar het centrum

beautiful view from the hotel. Sea view . Just around 15 minutes walk to town centre or the pier.

The view is beautiful especially from the terrace. On site parking although only one disabled spot. Friendly reception staff. Breakfast and dinner were brilliant.
