One night stay
Pros:

Great location with lovely views. Staff courteous.Very large and comfortable bed. Pet friendly.

Better than expected and in a great position.
Pros:

Fantastic view of the sea . Lovely big room ,nicely decorated. Very friendly reception staff .nice walk down to the sea to a great pub and then a nice meal at the tapas bar .
Lovely big car park . No hidden extras and a really good breakfast.

Cons:

We can see it’s a very old building and there were a few places that looked a bit tired - but overall it exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

Nothing could be charged to room . Everything had to be paid immediately . This includes drinks food etc. Most annoying whdn I didn’t have cash and had tu use my card 5 times during stay if one night . Must be Latona Leisure Policy 😡

Pros:

The staff did their utmost to reserve us a table for dinner. We have not stayed in a hotel for many years, so all in all the experience with the stay, plus booking on line was a whole new experience for us. Not sure if it will be repeated at any hotel in the future. Technology passes us oldies by.😉

Cons:

The fact that there was only one disabled parking space. A few people had trouble walking up the bank to reception1

We only stayed for one night but it was a night we shall always remember.

Everyone went out of their way to ensure everything was right for us. The views were great from the windows and the rooms were so big.

Charming hotel with great views and so much character.
Pros:

This was, by far, the best Best Western we all had ever stayed at. Coming from the US, Best Westerns are usually run-down, cheap and definitely not our first, or fifth, choice. But this location with its old English charm, extremely friendly staff that were so accommodating to our large group (11 in total), was perfect. The food was great, the views were stellar and we were only a 10 to 15 minute walk into town.

Cons:

Not necessarily a complaint but the hotel is older so you just have to expect that. All fascilities worked as expected and even though the carpet may be warn and has seen some things over the years, it is still incredibly charming.

Helt okej för några dagar.
Pros:

Jättefin utsikt. Personalen försökte få ett tyst rum åt oss och bokade längst bort i korridoren då det var ett bröllop den kvällen.
