Comfortable pleasant hotel
Pros:

Convenient location. Close to train and a good mall for all the shopping needs. Meals at the hotel were well above what most hotels provide.

Cons:

Only a small number of car parks on site but do provide paid tickets for parking lots close by

Location, impressive foyer, good parking. Efficient reception staff. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

Terrible service at dinner in the Chinese restaurant, cracked and unhygienic handbasin in our bathroom.

浴槽内の改善を！その他は大好きなホテルです。
Pros:

日立駅から近くて、お値段もお得でした。

Cons:

高齢の母と2度目の利用でしたが、浴槽内に滑り止めがなくて、前回同様今回も湯船から立ち上がれなくて大変でした。
お湯を全部抜いて、何とか脱出できたとの事。お年寄りに優しい施設であって欲しい。

何のために来たのか日立in茨城・”招ばれざる客”だった？
Pros:

部屋が清潔で、静かだった。朝食がおいしかった。台風が来ていたが、安心して睡眠できた。

Cons:

チェックイン時、朝食を頼んでいたが、ホテル側の手違いで予約されていなかった。その際の対応が横柄だった。
部屋から、海も山も見えす、ビルの壁しか見えなかった。ホテルの館内説明が全て「自分でウエブで確認しろ」だった。

Pros:

チェック前に荷物を預けたら部屋まで運んでおいてくれた。
冷蔵庫に水を用意しておいてくれた
部屋に先にエアコンをつけておいてくれた

Cons:

枕元にコンセントが欲しかったです。
あと部屋も廊下も建物も、独特な匂いがした。
フレグランスなと置くといいかなぁと思います
朝食食べたかったけど値段が高かったのでもう少しリーズナブルにしてほしいです。

Pros:

正直なところ、当初はそれほど期待しておりませんでしたが、朝食が予想以上に美味しく、とても満足いたしました。
また、大好きなSAZA COFFEEが提供されていたことも大変嬉しく、より良い朝食時間を過ごすことができました。

Cons:

隣接している駐車場が満車だったため、ホテルから少し離れた駐車場を利用することになりました。
