Мы приехали очень рано, около 9:00, хотя заселение только с 14:00. Нас лично встретил директор отеля Ибрагим и сразу же гостеприимно предложил позавтракать за счёт отеля, пока готовится наш номер. В итоге нас заселили раньше времени - уже около 12:00, за что отдельное огромное спасибо!
Номер был очень чистый и просторный, постельное белье и полотенца меняли регулярно.
Завтраки формата "шведский стол" - все очень вкусно, сытно и с большим разнообразием блюд.
Персонал невероятно вежливый и отзывчивый. Директор отеля постоянно интересовался, все ли нам нравится и не нужна ли помощь.
При отеле работает водитель Явер. С ним можно комфортно доехать из/в аэропорт, а также отправиться на интересные экскурсии по Баку и за город.
Недостатков нет, все было организовано на высшем уровне.
Super friendly staff, always ready to help. I arrived early in the morning and was offered breakfast & an earlier check-in.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, breakfast is various.
There are restaurants & groceries (24/7) nearby.
Would be excellent to have a coffee machine in the breakfast area.
The location is a little bit remote from the city center but is achievable via public transport.

Not right in the center, but taxis are inexpensive. The building is good, and the rooms are nice and comfy. It offers great value for money, and the little balcony is a great touch with unique views of Baku's distinct architectural styles. Free parking is available, and the staff is very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast had a good variety but was fairly standard.

Отличный отель. Местоположение , прекрасный персонал , благодарность всему персоналу , еда в ресторане вкусная , завтраки тоже отличные . Номера уютные , чистые .
Остались в полном восторге от проживания в отеле Safran! Персонал очень вежливый, доброжелательный и всегда готов помочь. Заселение прошло быстро, номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным. Ежедневная уборка проводилась качественно.
Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, всё свежее. Расположение отеля тоже очень удобное — легко добраться до основных достопримечательностей и транспорта.
Спасибо всему персоналу за гостеприимство и отличный сервис! Особенно Эльджану. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям и знакомым.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Frühstück war jeden morgen Frisch. Personal superfreundlich.
Nachts waren viele Flieger da, das war das einzige was gestört hat.
For the price it was worth it;

great selection tasty breakfast - also very long period to dine, 7-11 am which is generous!

mostly clean and comfy room
Very difficult to lock the door, needed numerous tries and still sometimes could open from the inside. The bathroom door just straight up could not be losed - locked not at all but not even closed:/ I used the room alone so it was ok for me but for 2 ppl that can be awkward. The balcony really needs some shades, curtains bc without them from 7 am the sun shines in. Also an interesting choice by management to start playing music in the lobby every morning from 9 am as a "wake up call" - wasnt particularly happy after my overnight flight so eye mask and ear plugs are recommended.
I didnt dare to use the AC bc it looked old and dusty.
Çok rahat ve güzel bir konaklamaydı. Uçağımız çok erken olduğundan Havaalanına giderken kahvaltı setini yanımıza verdiler. Konum olarak İçeri sehirden uzak. Ama keyifle kalınabilecek bir otel.

Чисто, аккуратно. Все очень понравилось. Персонал приятный. Администратор хорошо говорит на русском. Номер большой, две комнаты, четыре кровати. Невысокая цена. Есть завтрак. Доступ в интернет работает хорошо. Телевизор 60 каналов. Около 20 российские.. В 10 минутах центр города, магазины, кафе, большой новый парк. Тихий район, где расположен отель. Душ, горячая вода. Набор для гигиены для каждого. В номере два кондиционера с полным контролем климата.
Таких впечатлений нет.
