Would happily stay again (even in hot weather) but will be better sleep if temp was cooler
Pros:

Excellent location, cute building inside and out. Very clean/modern rooms and decor.

Cons:

Weather was 30°+ for the 2 nights I was here, room was very hot (as was the whole of England) so more suited to cooler weather. Staff did try and help with a fan for the room.

Well-situated hotel with a chilled vibe in bar and restaurant
Pros:

Super well-situated boutique hotel; small car park but handy public car park just over the road. Warm welcome and staff really friendly and helpful. Decor of room cool and relaxing; really comfy bed; little touches such as shortbread and a fan on in the room when arrived. Didn’t use them but nice chilled vibe coming from restaurant and bar, seemed popular. Lovely breakfast; chef’s homemade granola delicious! Would definitely book again when revisiting the area.

Too expensive for the facilities provided. No lift either
Pros:

Clean, looked very nice. Too hot in summer. We had the windows open which meant it was very noise on the Main Street. We were given 2 fans to help us sleep.

Cons:

Friendly, helpful staff and close to the old town.
Good breakfast eve. Though we had to wait a little while for it.
