Categories

Cleanliness
8.6
Guests frequently note rooms are clean ('Czysto') and well maintained, though a few reports mention an unpleasant room smell and minor maintenance issues.
Service
9.4
Service is repeatedly praised (friendly staff, standout mentions of specific staff like 'Pani Marzenka'), helpful restaurant and reception staff; isolated report of an unfriendly receptionist lowers this slightly.
Location
9.4
Excellent lakeside setting with terrace and views, peaceful location and walking distance to the old town; repeatedly highlighted as a strong point.
Room Quality
8.2
Rooms are comfortable and well sized with good beds, but several guests note missing in-room fridges, lack of balconies, occasional odors and a need for some updates in places.
Amenities
8.4
Good amenities such as free parking, bike rentals, water dispensers and pet-friendly policies; some missing items (no fridge in rooms, a missing in-room safe noted) and a closed bar reported by one guest.
Value for Money
8.8
Generally seen as good value: tasty meals and pleasant experience, though breakfasts are described as somewhat expensive and one guest found the stay only suitable for transit due to service/food availability issues.
Food and Beverage
9.3
Food and breakfast receive strong praise ('reichhaltig', 'perfekt', 'pyszne śniadania'), restaurant and terrace dining highlighted as excellent; minor comments about service hours and pricing.
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall very positive guest sentiment with many stating they would return, praising location, staff and food; a small number of practical issues (fridge, balcony, isolated staff complaint) prevent a perfect score.

Masakra
Pros:

Lokalizacja, darmowy parking

Cons:

Cons:

Zapach potu i stęchlizny rzuca w pokoju nr 55 na kolana. Cena kompletnie nieadekwatna do jakości.
