O fato do hotel ser localizado próximo a restaurantes, praia e mercadinhos.

Cons:

A iluminação do quarto não estava boa, a luz era muito fraca. O chuveiro do banheiro estava com problemas e ficava pingando direto. O controle do ar apresentou defeito e não conseguíamos mais usá-lo.

Dá localização próximo a praia e com restaurantes.

Já fui surpreendido com a troca do quarto, pois na descrição eu escolhi com sacada, depois o ar-condicionado não funcionou e o rapaz da recepção estava sozinho e não pode ir ao quarto resolver, fiquei até às 23:00 aguardando, banheiro com uma das portas de vidro faltando. O móvel com estrutura quebrada inclusive uma garrafa térmica caiu no chão e quebrou devido ao desnível, resumindo foram dois dias lamentável.
Aproveitando a oportunidade vocês do aplicativo deveriam ser mais claro em relação aos quartos pois está havendo conflito na do check-in.
