LondonHouse Chicago, Curio Collection by Hilton

Amazing experience! Marcus at the front desk was amazing, he complementary upgraded our room to a beautiful view on a high floor. The room was incredibly clean, dinner at Ocean Prime was great, and you can’t beat the room.

We went with a six month old baby, and everyone was so accommodating and helpful.

My great experience started with Alfie at the front desk. He greeted me with a smile and thanked me for my Hilton loyalty. He looked for the best room and upgraded me to a room with a beautiful river view. My room was clean and quite comfortable.

Shams at the front desk was awesome.

I stay here all the time for work and it had always been pleasant. As a Marriott platinum for years, I took the leap of switching to Hilton ever since my first stay at LondonHouse.

Ricardo, Shams, Ashley and all the other staff are always helpful when I need assistance. Hotel rooms always on point and exceptionally clean.

Love staying here every time im in Chicago!

The overall experience at LondonHouse was phenomenal! Led by Manny, the proposal set up and accommodation was perfect!

The LondonHouse Chicago is such a great hotel and its location is unbeatable. You'll run into incredible people from the Valet attendants, front desk and housekeeping. If you're lucky, you'll get Marcus when you check-in and if you aren't in a good mood, you will be after your interaction with him. Marcus started our mini vacation off on the right foot and had us confused and laughing during our check-in process. Fix that sign Marcus (sorry, inside joke). Awesome place!

We had a wedding there and it was perfect!

Manny and Lindsay were phenomenal in helping in the process of proposing to my fiancé. They knew exactly how to help me out and did a phenomenal job in setting everything up and making sure the moment was set perfectly. They were fun and great people to share our moment with. We will be calling them for years to come when we make it back to Chicago!

The best experience, great views and superb dinner!

For the amount I paid for 3 nights (over $1700) , the customer service should have been better but it wasn’t. They don’t go above and beyond at all, and everything is a bother to them. The tv also didn’t work in our room. The spa is an absolute nightmare- do not book the spa in this hotel- complete nightmare. Take a look at the review I posted for the spa.

I booked the London House Cupola Proposal Package and it was the best decision ever. Private, romantic, breath taking views and every detail was taken care of. Flowers, champagne, professional photography, preparation, mood etc. I could not be more satisfied with my decision. Unique in everyway.

Shoutout to the team that made this happen — Manny A. from LondonHouse, and Lindsay & Syd from the photography team.. If you ever want to surprise your significant other in a way she never imagines, do the cupola!

We stayed at the hotel too, the location is the best, walking distance to all the places to be in Chicago and just riverfront.

Just got home from a fantastic stay at LondonHouse Chicago. We stayed in a Vista King that had an absolutely incredible view both day and night. Special thank you to Ken at Reception and Mary at Concierge. Highly recommended this hotel for being in the center of it all.

I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The location was perfect—convenient to everything we wanted to see and do, making it easy to get around and enjoy our trip.

The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and it was clear that the staff takes great pride in providing a top-notch guest experience. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and eager to help.

His positive attitude and willingness to assist with anything we needed made a lasting impression and helped make our experience even more enjoyable.

Five stars all around for the location, cleanliness, and outstanding customer service. We look forward to staying here again!
