Frankie at the front desk went above and beyond to help me with my room while I was traveling for business. He truly cares about the guest experience. Kudos!

Firstly I’d like to mention what a beautiful place to be, from the hotel to the bar to the Cupola where I proposed to my now fiancée the views were amazing. Secondly and just as important the team was amazing from planning to pictures and everything in between and after we could not have had a better or more accommodating experience than what we got with Manny and Lindsey. She was absolutely in love with everything and it will forever be a special place for us going forward. For the price it was such a great value, honestly I don’t think you could ask for more or get better anywhere else. 100% would recommend to anyone looking for a perfect day to remember

The hotel’s location could not be more convenient - so centrally located, immediately on the river, a d I cannot say enough about the view from the room. Clean, chic, fun, these are all words I would to describe this property. The lobby is buzzing with action and happy people, and, as I mentioned, the service is impeccable.

We had a wonderful stay at LondonHouse Chicago, truly one of those hotels to see and be seen. The location is unbeatable, the atmosphere is lively and stylish, and the rooms are spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with incredible views of the city and river.

The rooftop is a highlight, with one of the best views in Chicago, and we really appreciated that hotel guests are given priority access.

A special thank you to Ken at the front desk, who made a real difference in our stay. He was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout our visit.

It’s always the people who turn a great hotel into a memorable experience, and Ken did exactly that.

I checked into LondonHouse Chicago yesterday and had a great experience from the moment I arrived. It was my wife’s birthday, and Alfie and Anthony provided exceptional customer service and made the check-in process welcoming, smooth, and enjoyable.

Both were professional, friendly, attentive, and genuinely made me feel valued as a guest. Their hospitality set a great tone for my stay and is exactly the type of service you hope to receive when checking into a hotel.

Thank you, Alfie and Anthony, for making such a positive first impression and helping make my wife’s birthday feel special. Excellent customer service and a great start to my stay at LondonHouse Chicago!

I waited a couple of days after leaving the hotel to post this review, in case somebody from management got in touch. They didn’t. Long story short, I left the hotel after a few hours because they were incapable of providing a room which had been adequately cleaned. Upon checking in and going to my room, the first thing I noticed was a used food tray sitting right outside the door to my room. Why had this not been moved if the room was ready at 4pm? On entering the room, the bathroom had clearly not been adequately cleaned; multiple hairs in and on the shower, around the toilet, and on the floor along with visible dirt on the floor. The hotel had texted me to ask if everything was good to which I replied that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, and their response was “would you like me to send somebody to clean it“. There should have been no question, it should have just been done. They said they would send a cleaner after I asked, but I went down to reception to check to and to ask if another room which was clean available. It wasn’t, but I was assured it would be cleaned. Upon returning to the room a couple hours later, somebody had clearly been in the room, yet all of the hairs in the bathroom were still there. At this point i booked another hotel and left, let them know I had left the key in the room and expected not to be charged. On the positive side, they have not charged me, however no manager has been in touch whatsoever to apologise or to add any commentary on the situation. I find it very hard to see why this hotel is so highly rated. To make it worse this was a Hilton reward stay so I had to pay for another hotel. It doesn’t matter what class of hotel you stay in, the least you expect is for it to have been cleaned and they completely failed here and in the follow-up.

Me and my bestie of 64 years spent a night at the London House. The hotel is wonderful and what made it more special was Ken at the front desk. He made us feel welcome and gave us lots of tips on things to do in this beautiful city! Thanks Ken and London House. We already booked our next visit.

Manny and Lindsay did an amazing job coordinating and setting up the atmosphere. They provided an unparalleled service, and I would highly recommend.

We splurged for a room with a river view, and we were put on the 15th floor. It was well worth the splurge. We could have sat for hours looking out the window at the river, boats, cars, and people walking. It was like watching tv. Every staff member we encountered was super friendly. Even though you could hear elevator noise from the bathroom. You could not here it in the room itself. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was super comfortable. I really like that I could turn off all the lights from the switch by the bed. That was a nice touch. The only downsides were the lack of a second luggage rack for my husband, and the box that was the base of the bed where we bumped our toes several times during our stay.
