It was a mostly comfortable and quiet stay.
Pros:

Nice room with comfortable bed. Very good breakfast, excellent coffee.

Cons:

Refrigerator in room was not cleaned out from previous guest. I would have liked a coffee machine in the room. No water glasses in room, had to go downstairs.

Uncomfortable bed
Pros:

The staff was very friendly. It was in the perfect location to explore the beautiful town. The room was very clean and the hotel lobby was clean.

Cons:

The bed was too soft & hurt out backs. Typically Holiday Inn Express has the perfect mattress & that's why we chose to stay there. I've never stayed in a HIE where the mattress was that soft. For that reason we will never stay at that particular one again.

Pros:

Walking distance to town

Cons:

Price of the room did not mirror the amenities. The room felt damp, no coffee machine in room not very welcoming staff. Cut our stay short by a day and still had to pay for that night. And they said that it was because we used Booking.com.

1. Food was horrible. 2. When I was walking towards the elevator, I could hear a manager screaming at the staff about how many rooms she expected to be cleaned. Very unprofessional. 3. Also some kid above our room stomping feet all night.

great walking distance to everything, great privacy, nice and helpful guest, & yummy breakfast!

i liked how close it was to the town and stores! the breakfast was yummy & staff was super nice!

Our stay was nice except for the items listed above.
Pros:

The location was great and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our room was clean, however, they need to check behind their employees that clean the bathrooms. The shower glass door had brownish black crud on the rubber seals and other parts of the shower along with built up water stains on the glass.
There was a lot of early morning noise from construction that interrupted our rest time.

Glad we stayed here
Pros:

With so many choices, we opted for Holiday Inn. It was a great location, within walking distance to everything. Plenty of parking, rooms and bed were very comfortable. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. There were a variety of hot and cold items to choose from, not your normal continental breakfast. Nice dining area to enjoy your breakfast. Fresh cookies every day.
