The restaurant is closed on Wednesdays, except in August and public holidays, when it is always open.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Vorsicht, Falle!

Leider hat diese Unterkunft versucht meine an Booking.com gegebenen Mächtigung zur Bezahlung mittels Kreditkarte in eigener Regie durchzuführen. Das lässt keine Bank zu. Nachrichten über Booking.com wurden nicht beantwortet und meine Buchung wurde seitens der Unterkunft wenige Stunden vor der Anreise einseitig storniert.

Cons:

Bezahlung über Booking.com. Kommunikation. Eben alles.

Buona posizione ma struttura da rivedere
Pros:

Personale gentile e disponibile. Più economico di altre strutture e posizione buona per raggiungere Varenna (dove però il parcheggio costa 3 euro/ora). Camera ampia. Colazione discreta, formaggio a fette, prosciutto e uova sode come salato, cornetti e marmellate monodose come dolce (più yogurt e succo d'arancia)

Cons:

Mobilio della camera piuttosto vecchio, le camere sulla strada principale sono esposte al rumore del traffico, doccia con acqua tiepida-fredda, non c'è l'ascensore, serratura della camera con un sistema di apertura via smartphone/internet che non funziona (abbiamo atteso 10 minuti prima che il problema venisse risolto).

Нам усе дуже сподобалося! Від станції електрички до готелю всього 2 хвилини пішки, що дуже зручно. Великий супермаркет знаходиться приблизно за 10 хвилин від готелю. Розташування готелю просто чудове. Персонал дуже добрий, привітний та завжди готовий допомогти. Залишилися тільки приємні враження від відпочинку!

Cons:

Buchung über booking.com ist möglich, obwohl der Laden zu ist. Man bucht und ist in dem Glauben, man hätte dort ein Zimmer reserviert.
Am Anreisetag bekommt man über Wattsapp von einer unbekannten Nummer eine scheinheilige Anfrage, um wieviel Uhr man ungefähr eintreffen werde und mit welchem Fahrzeug man denn unterwegs sei.
Zwei Stunden später kommt eine weitere Nachricht, dass Albergo Grigna im Moment nicht verfügbar sei und man in ein anderes Hotel umgebucht worden sei. Dieses liegt weit außerhalb von Mandello del Lario und der abendliche Stadtbummel fällt dann flach. Das einzige Restaurant in der Nähe ist eine Pizzeria im Hotel mit hohen Preisen und schlechter Qualität. Meiner Ansicht nach sind dies Mafiamethoden, mit denen man die Gäste abzockt.
