以前から何度も利用しているが、久しぶりに利用したら、働くスタッフがほぼ外国人であり、細やかな対応がしてもらえなかった。
Pros:

大浴場が広くて綺麗。
居酒屋かかしは、安くて美味しい。
イルミネーションがきれい

Cons:

チェックインのスタッフに笑顔がなく、
人数分朝食込みで申し込みをしたが、ホテルのスタッフいわく、
朝食付いてないので、追加の料金を払うよう言われた。
その後こちらから別件でフロントに連絡した際、間違っていたことを認めた。
最初から最後まで、終始笑顔が無かった。

Pros:

Only hotel guests can play at the 72-hole golf courses. Westin is more up market than the hotel at the convention centre side of the resort. Very nice view from the rooms on the high floor. The public onsen was spacious.

Cons:

Many restaurants in the resort were closed during off-peak season.

Pros:

何よりメゾネット形式の客室が非常に良かった。
ゆったり落ち着いて過ごすことができた。
朝食のビッフェもおいしく、パークゴルフもコースが快適で楽しめた。
モノレールでの移動も便利だったし、短い時間ではあるが花火の完成度も高かった。

Cons:

あえて言うなら、チェックアウト時に結構待たされた。

とても良かった。
Pros:

朝食が種類豊富で北海道産の食材を使っていておいしかった。

Cons:

ディナーの際、アラカルトでの注文だったが、シェアの料理なのにシェア用のお皿を持ってこない、ライスを追加したのにライスとステーキを共に持ってこない、などスムーズな意思疎通ができなかったのが残念。外国人スタッフが９割のレストランだったので、日本人の食事の感覚がないのかもしれないが、一流のホテルであれば、そこはこちらからいちいち声をかけなくても対応できるようになってほしい。
