No geral, o hotel tem boa estrutura, quarto confortável, bom café da manhã e boa internet, mas os problemas recorrentes
Pros:

O quarto é confortável, com boa cama, chuveiro adequado, mesa de trabalho, cozinha e ar-condicionado. A internet é muito boa para padrões de hotel e o café da manhã é excelente. A estrutura também é um diferencial, pois o hotel conta com piscina, academia e sauna. A maior parte dos profissionais foi cortês durante a estadia.

Cons:

Apesar dos pontos positivos, minha experiência ficou abaixo do esperado pelo preço cobrado.

O principal problema foi o ruído. O ar-condicionado era barulhento e, mesmo desligado, o sistema de circulação de ar continuava fazendo ruído. A geladeira também fazia barulho, mesmo regulada no mínimo.

A acústica não foi suficiente para evitar incômodos com hóspedes conversando alto no corredor, rindo durante a madrugada e mantendo portas abertas. Em uma das noites, precisei acionar a recepção pelo WhatsApp porque estava praticamente impossível dormir. A equipe informou que falou com os hóspedes, mas a situação já havia comprometido bastante o descanso.

Na prática, tive que dormir de fone de ouvido em quase todos os dias, o que não considero aceitável para um hotel nessa faixa de preço. Outro ponto negativo é o estacionamento, que é apertado para carros maiores.
