Super stay in a clean modern locality in Osaka
Pros:

Hotel is modern. Beds were very comfortable. Coin Laundry was a huge help. Room was large. Wonderful stay, since its very close to Metro station. Couple of supermarkets nearby making it very convenient. Hotel is close to most touristy areas by Metro. It is great base for Osaka & Kyoto travel.

Unclear breakfast time range, nice location, unnecessarily strict stuff
Pros:

Right next to the metro exit, rooms are nice and clean, reception area is big with seats, they have laundry.

Cons:

Breakfast time was unclear, we asked to the reception they said it closes at 10am, then online it also shows 10am but even though it’s a buffet breakfast, it said last order is at 09:30, thats confusing. I went at 09:35 and they didn’t let me in. Few days ago they let some people in late and also my first day i entered late, they shouldn’t be that strict for no reason, or simply just put breakfast 07:00 to 10:00, no need over complication. Staff was also not so nice handling this situation.

추천합니다~
Pros:

어른둘 아이 한명이 이용했는데, 일본 숙소에 비해 넓어서 좋았어요. 화장실도 욕실도 모두 깨끗했고 조식으로 오니기리를 무료로 주시는게 간단하지만 든든하고 너무 좋았습니다.

Cons:

에어컨 소음이 조금 커서 자는데 약간 신경쓰였어요.

Spacious room in a modern hotel with great location
Pros:

Modern and comfortable room with plenty of space. AC that does not blow on you directly while in bed. Spacious bathroom. Overall nice place to stay with convenient location to metro station and some restaurants, cafe and convenience stores. As bonus, you can check laundry machine status and time to end of washing from the TV system.
