Un verdadero hotel japonés
Pros:

Excelente alojamiento. El lugar te transporta a otra época; nos quedamos en una de las habitaciones típicas japonesas y fue una decisión excelente. No tenía vista al monte Fuji, pero teníamos la vista al lado precioso.

Nos encantó el observatorio pues nos permitió ver el amanecer con vista al Fuji sin tener que salir del hotel.

Cons:

Al ser un edificio antiguo se nota el paso del tiempo pero está muy bien conservado.

Nice location by the lake and a room with a view to Fuji. Very helpfull staff.

Cons:

The whole hotel is very outdated to put it nicely, the furniture is stained and run down, the carpets have stains and the aircondition had not been cleaned maybe never. Could not use it, since it emmitted a mouldy smell immediately to the room. Also the window sills were growing black mould. As a bonus someones dog had taken a poop on the emergency exit stairs and this sight greeted us every day during our stay.

Magnifique séjour avec plein de souvenir de cette magnifique région
Pros:

Super cottage, comme j’aime : vintage, avec ambiance, mobilier et agencement typique du Japon. Possibilité de cuisiner mais franchement les restos aux alentours sont très bien dommage de s’en passer. Quand vous vous lèverez vous verrez le Mont Fuji depuis le salon. Les bains sont super confortables avec vue sur le Mont Fuji aussi.
Kawaguchiko est un superbe endroit : lac magnifique avec le volcan qui se reflète dans l’eau, prenez le bus pour faire le tour du lac, et trains pour aller visiter le temple. Possibilité de parking facile. Le personnel d’accueil de l’hôtel parle bien l’anglais.

Cons:

Absolument rien, je reviendrai avec ma famille je l’espère

The Onsen is absolutely incredible as is the view. Staff are so helpful and friendly. I also like that's it's sort of dated.
