Très bien situé, belle vue sur le lac et le téléphérique, calme et éloigné des zones voitures très passantes. Chambres assez grandes, version occidentales ou japonaises. Onsen magnifique en haut de l’hôtel avec vue sur le Fuji. Petit déjeuner à la japonaise très bien, possible d'avoir la version occidentale commandée chez un boulanger à coté type français, mais c'est vraiment dommage car le japonais est très bien et le personnel aux petits soins. Parking pour voiture, navette pour la gare.
restaurants pas trop loin pour le soir. Pas très loin du temple avec vue sur Fuji.

Cons:

Hôtel type ancienne Angleterre, pourrait être rafraichi dans ses parties communes, mais pas dramatique.

風光明媚なレトロ旅館での落ち着いた宿泊
Pros:

湖と富士山が見えるロケーションがよかったです。
クラシックな建物が綺麗に保存されており、天皇家も宿泊したことがある老舗旅館の誇りが感じられた。
大浴場や、部屋の水回りなどは新しく改装されており、とても快適でした。
スタッフの方も温かい接客で素晴らしかったです。

Cons:

女性の私でも朝食の量が少なく感じたこと。
給仕の方々は親切で一生懸命対応してくださいましたが、接客としてはやや場当たり的に感じる場面がありました。複数の方から同じ内容を確認されたり、食事中の細かな様子について都度声をかけられたりしたため、静かに自分のペースで食事をしたい私には少し落ち着きませんでした。もう少しスタッフ間で情報共有がされ、声かけの頻度が控えめだと、よりゆっくり過ごせたと思います。

L’estetica, la posizione, le stanze in stile giapponese. L’accoglienza è la disponibilità del personale. Abbiamo dovuto anticipare il checkout per un tifone, il personale si è impegnato a trovare una soluzione per i trasporti al fine di non perdere l’aereo da osaka a Napoli.

Pros:

We really enjoyed the onsen with a view of Mt Fuji - usually had it to ourselves. The breakfast was so amazing - they just kept bringing out more food! We were sad we had to leave early on our second day and missed the breakfast.

Cons:

I knew when we booked that others had said it was in need of updates. Definitely could use some fresh carpet and paint at the very least. The game room was nice but there was trash on the floor and it looked like it had not been cleaned thoroughly.

Cons:

We decided to stay only one night instead of the two we had originally booked. This was our own decision, and we did not ask for a refund.
Although the property is in a great location, our experience was disappointing. The room was very dusty, and there were many mosquitoes because the windows had no insect screens. We understand that sleeping on a futon is part of the traditional Japanese experience, and this was not our first time sleeping on one during our trip. However, this futon seemed to be of poor quality, and it was extremely uncomfortable. As a result, we had the worst night's sleep of our entire trip to Japan.
Overall, the property seems to be in need of some renovation and better maintenance. With some improvements, it could be a much more enjoyable place to stay, especially given its excellent location.

good location but service should be taken care of more
Pros:

location is good, ìn front of the lake so beautiful to walk in morning. there is a good cafe and french bakery nearby very convenient for breakfast.

Cons:

the hotel is old and there are alot of big ants on the curtains which was there when we arrived. And in the morning there are big tractors working in the garden in front of the cottage which was noisy and scary, that was not informed to us.
