Pros:

The hotel is in a great location for first-time visitors to Istanbul -- close to the key sights and to Istanbul's great light-rail metro system. We also loved the rooftop terrace restaurant!

Это очень хороший отель мы останавливались в нем уже несколько раз. Чисто приятно персонал хорошие завтраки есть спа зона. Практически всегда занят поэтому бронировать нужно заранее а это уже показатель

非常に満足です。
Pros:

旧市街に位置しており主な観光スポットへアクセスしやすかったです。フロントでは観光地情報も詳しく教えてくれて、朝食も充実して美味しかったです。
使いませんでしたが、地下にプールとスパがありました。

Lamentamos muito ter que deixar Istambul e o NEORION....

Café da manha insuperável para todo tipo de cultura.... Produtos variadíssimos de muito boa qualidade...

Very clean and comfortable room - attentive staff. We appreciated the bowls of dried fruit and the wine and departure gift. Although not strictly part of the hotel the roof terrace was great - good views and vibe as the outside space was very popular and nice food too ( highly recommend it). The basement pool and spa complex was a real bonus.

Cons:

More attention to balconies - eg plants in tubs - to encourage you to want to sit outside. More Turkish focus to breakfast which was ok but not outstanding.

Perfect location, 100% recommended.
Pros:

The location is perfect, ideal for catching the ferries or visiting the city.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff were always attentive and ready to answer any questions.
The spa service is excellent, and the rooftop restaurant is spectacular.

Cons:

The water in the spa pool could be a little warmer. But it's a minor detail.

Fabulous hotel
Pros:

What a gem of a hotel! Great location, charming rooms, genuinely lovely staff, fabulous breakfast and genuine hospitality. I don’t quite reviews very often but this deserves a mention. Such a great find 11/10!

Fantastisch verblijf met prachtig uitzicht en topservice!
Pros:

Ik ben onlangs met mijn dochter in dit hotel verbleven en we hebben een geweldige tijd gehad. De kamers zijn netjes en ruim, de badkamer is erg schoon (met een heerlijke extra douchekop!) en de bedden liggen lekker. Er is elke dag een heerlijk, gevarieerd ontbijt. Bovendien heeft het hotel een prachtig uitzicht over de stad.
De locatie is ideaal: centraal gelegen in een bruisende wijk, perfect om de tram, metro of de pont naar andere delen van Istanbul te pakken. Het hotel heeft ook fijne extra’s zoals een zwembad, sauna en hamam om heerlijk te ontspannen, al kwamen wij daar door al het sightseeën helaas tijd voor tekort.
Een speciale dank gaat uit naar meneer Dadaş en meneer Mehmet. Zij stonden altijd klaar met hulp en de beste tips over deze enorme stad. Dankzij hen voelden we ons erg welkom.
Ik raad dit hotel aan iedereen aan! Bedankt voor de goede zorgen, wij komen zeker terug.

We are very satisfied with the hotel. The cleanliness is at a very high level. Everyone is extremely kind and friendly. The breakfast is very tasty and varied for this category of hotel.
It was my birthday while we were staying at the hotel, and they organized a small surprise birthday cake for me at breakfast. That is proof that they truly care about their guests. All compliments and recommendations!!

Great location for most sites, fabulous staff, and great price for amenities!
Pros:

Location is excellent, staff is excellent, the included breakfast and the dining staff was top notch. I don’t have enough good things to say. Try this hotel if you want to see the sights of old city, bazaar, and most tourist sights. Everything is very well done at this location!
