Everything was very clean, the staff was always available and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.

A special thank you for the day when the boat operators were on strike. The hotel helped arrange a taxi for us at a fair market price, which was greatly appreciated.

Over all a good stay

Excellent emplacement proche de la gare de Venise et du terminal des cars, dans une rue tranquille bordée par un charmant canal. Le personnel à la réception était très accueillant et serviable.

Cons:

Notre lit 2 personnes était en fait constitué de deux lits individuels accolés, solution très moyenne.

Pros:

Quiet and just far enough away from the hustle and hustle to be a nice retreat.
Close enough to easily access anything you could need.
Peaceful, clean, great facilities.
Staff were incredible, friendly, helpful and made sure we had anything we needed and also really did make us welcome and comfortable.

Cons:

There was nothing other than no breakfast on offer, however....there is an awful lot nearby and we enjoyed exploring local cafes and bars

Great stay in a quiet place in Venice
Pros:

Really friendly and helpful staff. Check in went really smooth and the guys at the reception were respectful, helpful, funny and pleasant to interact with. Spacious room with a big bed and a bunch of storage room. Nice and clean bathroom with a lot of space. The room was quiet with a pretty view.

Cons:

Nothing to say really.
