Really big, spacious and clean rooms, reception staff were very welcoming, and location was very central and within walking distance to the main attractions.
Buffet breakfast was very limited with not many western and asian options, and no made to order items.
Sehr zentral gelegen, um die Altstadt von Hanoi zu besichtigen. Viele Highlights sind Fussläufig erreichbar vom Hotel aus. Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstückrestaurant in der 6. Etage bietet einen Blick über die Dächer der Altstadt und wird als Buffet angeboten. Sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Zusätzlich kann man Smoothie und Pancake bzw. Eierspeisen gegen Gebühr bestellen. Hat uns sehr gefallen und das Team war sehr freundlich und motiviert.
