The smoke smell in the rooms even though it is a non-smoking room.

Seamless check in and check out. Room cleaning everyday was also good.
The rooms were smaller than advertised and smelt like smoke. When catching the lift up and walking through the corridors the air had a lingering smell and also felt dusty. For the price it was pretty good but it was advertised better than it actually was.
The staff are generally very friendly always ready to help at any given time.
The location is good, cleanness.

A bit dated , marks on carpets lifts only go to certain floors
Breakfast was terrible, not enough choices and was cold even though in warmers , not enough seats for people dining.
Dirty carpets
Reception should at least have 1 person who is multilingual!

Lo cogí por el precio para descansar antes del vuelo.
Nos dieron un upgrade al llegar.
La recepción parecía un almacén lleno de cajas y maletas por todos lados.
No hay a/c en los pasillos y es un horno.
Habitación con humedad en el techo.
En una de las habitaciones asignadas, el A/C no funcionaba, tuvimos que revisar 3 habitaciones hasta q nos asignaron una que funcionaba sin problema.
La zona de desayuno es muy pequeña para tanto cliente.
Tout est parfait, emplacement, propreté, déjeuner. Et service de qualité.

The male staff at reception has an attitude. Not friendly. When you ask for help he brushes you off.
