Very friendly staff and reasonably priced
Pros:

All the staff are excellent - all the check-in and reception staff, the bus driver, restaurant and shop staff and the security and cleaners were all friendly and helpful. I felt completely safe here. It is not so flashy but is very reasonably priced. The room was big and clean. There was a good range of meals.

It was a little noisy on Saturday night

The worst experience anytime, anywhere.

Cons:

I arranged a pick up from the airport and they didn’t show up. I tried to call them (20 times) to know what’s going on and they didn’t pick up the call. After two hours of waiting I took a random driver that was at the lobby telling me that “yesterday hideaway left someone waiting there for 3 hours”. I arrived and they gave me a dirty room - please check the photos. I asked for the Wi-Fi password and they told me “the boss didn’t bring the passwords today”. All bad.
