Loše, ne ponovilo se.
Pros:

Lokacija - zbog nje smo se i odlučili za ovaj objekt.

Cons:

Ljeto, temperature oko 40 C, ne radi klima niti u restoranu, niti kroz objekt, niti u sobi, a to nije stvar kvara nego općenito stanje - katastrofa.
Druga loša stvar - u pravilu putujemo s ljubimcem, odsjedamo i u hotelima i privatnim smještajima, no u pravilu postoji transparentna napomena da se smještaj za ljubimca posebno plaća ili ne - ovdje to nije slučaj, stoji da su pet friendly i to je sve. Rezervirala sam smještaj na bookingu i odmah napomenula da dolazimo s ljubimcem, last minute i 166 eur za sobu, nisam dobila povratni info da će se cijena mijenjati no kada smo plaćali naplaćeno mi je 205 eur uz objašnjenjene - smještaj za ljubimca se plaća dodatno. Nije ovo stvar novca iako je, već primarno ponašanja - ja to zovem kraduckanje. 3. navigacija vas zbog novougrađenog stupića u mjestu vodi okolnim putem od Rijeke kroz makadam i šumu. Logično bi bilo da se to sredi jer znaju za problem i da ne puštaju da se ljudi koji 1.puta dolaze poput nas gube i vrte 1/2h nepotrebno. Kad smo nazvali Hotel u čemu je stvar čovjek kaže pa što nas niste odmah zvali, upišite Atr Kavana, pa ćemo kad dođete do nje supustiti stupić - OMG, kako loše i neprofesionalno. I 4.u Hotelima koji nemaju parking, a ovdje to nije moguće zbog povijesnog zdanja i gabarita grada, gosti ipak mogu stati u neposrednoj blizini, izvaditi i stvari, a najčešće vam netko iz Hotela ode parkirtai auto, ne ponašaju se kao ovdje pa idite do parkinga gdje ima mjesta, probajte iza srušene crkve pa se došećite nazad...ovaj objekt jednostavno ne pruža kvalitetnu uslugu niti udobnost, ne zaslužuje 4**** :(

Cuidado con las indicaciones erróneas de Google Maps. Los mandos de luces y demás requieren un curso de ingeniería de la NASA.

Pros:

Predivno iskustvo! Hotel je smješten na prekrasnom trgu, što mu daje poseban šarm i atmosferu. Osoblje je bilo iznimno uslužno, ljubazno i profesionalno, a usluga na zaista visokoj razini. Posebno bih istaknula odličan doručak, koji je bio raznovrstan i vrlo ukusan. Sve pohvale hotelu i osoblju svakako preporučujem!
