The room looked nice
The old part of the town is beautiful. There are nice views from the church park next to the hotel.
There were cute cats

The personnel wasn't very friendly, except maybe one lady.
Breakfast could be more rich with more options.
There was live music at the restaurant downstairs, which ended maybe at 23:00 or midnight but we hope for more quiet stay.
Parking and getting to the hotel by car is really tricky. You always need to call the reception so they open a retractable bollard for you, also at the reception you have a feeling that you are bothering them. Then there is quite narrow gate which you need to drive through. At the first evening they told us we shouldn't park in front of the hotel and didn't give us much of a good advice where to park. Then next days even local lady showed us some better parking spots.

Beautiful ambiance, difficult approach
Pros:

Very tastefully renovated hotel in medieval hilltop village. Beautiful environment and views.

Cons:

The hotel is a little worn and difficult to reach on very narrow alleys. Recommended only for small cars.

Отличное место с прекрасной атмосферой и замечательными людьми.
Очень понравился отель: просторный, уютный и идеально чистый номер, спокойный интерьер и ежедневная уборка. Сам отель находится в очень живописном месте на высоте — тихо, свежий воздух и заметно прохладнее, чем у моря.
Отдельный плюс — собственный ресторан с действительно отличной кухней. Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный. Особая благодарность Инес на ресепшене: она лично показала мне парковку, всё объяснила и много помогала во время нашего пребывания.
После отъезда сотрудники связались с нами и сообщили, что нашли наши забытые очки. Очень надеемся вскоре получить их обратно — тогда история получит идеальное завершение :)
Единственный нюанс — довольно узкая дорога к отелю. На широкой машине нужно ехать аккуратно, но проехать вполне реально. До моря удобнее добираться на машине или такси.
С удовольствием вернулись бы снова. Спасибо всей команде Кукареку и отдельно Инес!

O experiență care ar fi putut fi minunată s-a transformat într-o decepție totală.
Pros:

Este foarte bine situat, iar faptul ca asigură și parcare este de apreciat.

Cons:

Personalul de la curățenie și de la recepție a fost deplorabil. În ziua plecării am întârziat 20 de minute peste ora 11, fiind totuși o familie cu 3 copii. Doamnele de la curățenie s-au așezat pe hol în apropierea camerelor noastre cu cel puțin jumătate înainte de ora de check-out. La 11.15 am primit telefon de la recepție să eliberăm camera, de parcă nu era evident ca urma să facem lucrul acesta în cel mai scurt timp. Doamna de la recepție nu a răspuns la salutul de rămas-bun, deși eram trei persoane care și-au luat la revedere.
Cada din camera 9 era defectă, așa încât nu se putea face baie (lipsea partea care bloca dopul căzii). În baia din camera 10 mirosea puternic a canalizare, încât nu se putea sta cu fereastra închisă.
Era foarte mult praf. Sub birou era praf strâns, care se ridica în atmosferă la orice curent de aer.
