Pros:

It's centrally located, clean and quiet for the hustle bustle around it.

Cons:

The breakfast could be improved. Some of the items in the buffet would be cold by mid breakfast slot. Also i had booked through booking.com and my friend who had originally planned to join me, couldn't and i still had to stay in a much bigger room than needed as a solo traveller. I discussed it with the front desk but they said they couldn't do anything ... This part was disappointing. Otherwise the hotel is really good and comfy and good value

Cons:

Extremely loud. Rooms are not sound proof despite the hotel claim. You can hear sounds from the street, sounds from the hall and people from other rooms conversations (as well as their alarm clocks). Had to buy earplugs to sleep.

Pros:

Horrible stay! The staff is extremely rude. 0 hospitality. The rooms are so filthy & so daunting. Please avoid staying at all costs.
Didnt like anything about the hotel except the location.

Pros:

First of all, paid for 4 deluxe rooms and got 2 deluxe with 2 standard rooms because apparently we asked for all 4 on the same floor? Secondly, the rooms are old with stained and filthy carpets, the standard rooms look like theyre a part of a horror movie. Lastly, the staff is REALLY RUDE, especially Sona, treating guests like they’ve come for a free stay.
