Cons:

They don’t tell you about the lobby renovations until after you book. The renovated rooms are nice but my shower didn’t drain properly. There is also very little sound proofing between rooms and floors. I was surprised given the renovation. You also can’t run the fan on the air conditioner because the thermostat won’t allow it. I have stayed at much better and cheaper hotels versus this location.

Surprised with the improvements to a Quality Inn.
Pros:

We were impressed with the quality of the facilities.

Cons:

Poor TV channels- no satellite apparently- they are under construction.
Could use microwave to heat up muffins, in kitchen.

Great hotel; good value in a good location!
Pros:

Our room was beautiful! Breakfast was good, and the staff were very personable and friendly. The air conditioner in our room was rattling slightly, and they immediately came up to fix it. Overall, we were more than pleased with our stay!

Cons:

Paid extra for a non-smoking room and then found out when we got there the entire hotel was smoke free…so why the extra fee?
Hotel was under renovation (Ie. Window covered in plastic, tv not hooked up, not able to adjust air conditioner). This was not disclosed at time of booking.

Excellent accommodations that served our accessibility needs well. The staff were friendly!
Pros:

We required accessible facilities and were pleased with that aspect of the hotel. From the parking out front, smooth ramps, wide doorways, spacious rooms, and well-equipped large bathroom, the hotel was easy for us to navigate.

Cons:

It’s located a little bit out of the town but not a real issue.
It was a quick 15-20 minute drive downtown. Our daughter took an uber downtown and the trip cost $25.
