Pros:

Хареса ми ,че е чист , персоналът много любезен, на тихо място ,но много близо има голям супермаркет ,а центъра е на пешеходно разстояние.

Cons:

Не ми хареса , че Спа центъра не работеше ( но грешката е моя, упоменато е,но не съм погледнала ).Въпреки това престоя ни беше приятен. Зимата с удоволствие бихме го посетили отново за да се насладим и на СПАто

קבלת הפנים היתה מאירת פנים.מיכאלה ומריה אדיבות וסבלניות. ומתיחסות בצורה נפלאה.
הם עזרו לנו בכול מה שהיינו צריכים.

Cons:

although the hotel is decorated with real wood and marble and leatherfurniture and is really elegant, the don't have any service at all. They didn't clean the room (4 star hotel) they didn't change towels, we had to ask for it at the reception and to take them by myselves, they didn't supply the apartment with toiletaries and toilet paper. The swimming pool was not in operation although in booking it was mentioned the opposite, They do not offer breakfast although in booking is is mentioned as optional. The owner is very rude.

Servicio impecable, localizacion excelente al lado de la Gondola, disponibilidad y cortesia

Cons:

La temperatura del bano turco y la sauna, pero eramos casi los unicos clientes y no les compensaba abrirla.

Pros:

Extremely close to strip and gondala both a short walk, the 2 bedroom apartment was huge and could sleep 7,
Shower was good
Staff helpful and friendly
Spa area was a nice touch

Cons:

Breakfast was very poor for €15
Mattresses were uncomfortable

Great location
Pros:

Great location as only a short and easy walk to the Gondola as well as nearby bars and restaurants.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. There were 4 in our party in 2 rooms and all of us felt that the beds were too hard.
