Otoparkı var çok rahat ve geniş alan
Restaurant çok ferah ve yemek çeşidi güzeldi :-)

Otel binası eski yenilenmeli
Odalarda klima yok

Sabah odada uyurken kapıya vurmadan !!!
Temizlikçi bayanlar içeri girdi bu hiç hoş olmadı :-(

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage nah an der Europatherme. Nette Bar mit freundlichen Barpersonal. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung alt und abgenutzt. Extra Gebühren für Stellplatz. Schlechte Organisation. Bei Ankunft wurde unsere Booking.com Buchung nicht gefunden. Wir standen an der Rezeption, ohne dass uns erklärt wurde, was los ist. Erst bei Nachfrage bekamen wir mal eine Antwort. Personal an der Rezeption überfordert und unfreundlich. Frühstücksorganisation chaotisch. Wir sollten an einen engen 3er Tisch platziert werden. Kein guter Kundenservice. Insgesamt zu teuer für das was geboten wird.

Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück aber Aussattung in die Jahre gekommen. War schon in besseren 4 Sterne Hotels
Pros:

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen- keine Klimaanlage deswegen warm. Fenster in die Jahre gekommen

Cons:

Fußboden mit Flecken aber als Kurztrip fürs Wochenende okay

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt in einem 4Sterne Hotel
Pros:

Ausreichend Platz und gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Ausstattung aus den „60er-Jahren“
Klebriger Boden im Bad, abgenutzte Ausstattung,
Trotz Junior-Suite nachts wegen Reklamebeleuchtung
öffnen der Fenster zum Lüften nicht möglich ( 1. Etage )
