Ci hanno fatto un Upgrade gratuito sistemandoci nella Suite: è stata un'esperienza bellissima.
Pros:

La gentilezza e l'efficienza del personale, la qualità della struttura, le dotazioni più che complete della nostra sistemazione (due bagni, vasca con idromassaggio, due grandi televisori smart, letto comodo, anche la bilancia per pesarsi, il buon gusto dell'arredo). A colazione ci hanno colpito particolarmente la qualità del caffè ed il sorriso con cui lavoravano i/le camerieri/e, oltre a cibo e bevande.

Run down. Avoid if possible.
Pros:

This used to be a nice hotel many years ago. But it is now very run down and frankly feels nasty. Don’t stay there unless you have to

Feels very run down. Pictures you see are way too good to be true. Smell in the room was absolutely horrendous. Really horrible, and I am not spoiled.
