Great accommodation, nice people and good food

Cons:

Unfortunately, there was a dog loose in the premises and one person in our group is very afraid of dogs. Because of this we checked out early (the staff was very helpful and understanding though)

Wouldn’t stay again. Place was dead, although staff were great.
Pros:

The staff made this place, especially Luigi , Massimo and Ariana.
Restaurant was good.
Good location for seeing east coast. You need a car.

Cons:

Pool beds old and grubby, needs some investment in general. Hotel lacks atmosphere, a bit dead, very small bar area. The grounds around the hotel need some investment and refurbishment.

Cena nieadekwatna do standardu i jakości wypoczynku w agroturystyce.
Pros:

Wygodne łóżko, komfortowa kabina prysznicowa oraz basen, który jest na plus jeśli ktoś preferuje

Cons:

Pokoje niedokładnie posprzątane, a personel słabo przygotowany. Organizacja prac pozostawia wiele do życzenia – mimo przerwy między wymeldowaniem a zameldowaniem (11:00–15:00), koszenie trawy spalinową kosą zaczyna się już około 7 rano, skutecznie budząc gości. Odkamienianie ekspresu o 8 rano, akurat gdy goście chcą zrobić sobie kawę, również świadczy o braku przemyślanej organizacji. Śniadania, poza ciastami, nie dają poczucia, że pobyt odbywa się w obiekcie o charakterze agroturystycznym. Ogólnie cena zdecydowanie nieadekwatna do oferowanego standardu.

Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Location, die Ruhe, das Essen und die gesamte Ausstattung sind einfach top.

Besonders schön fanden wir auch die Tiere, die dort leben, unter anderem zugelaufene Katzen und Hunde. Sie waren unglaublich süss und haben dem Aufenthalt noch einmal einen ganz besonderen Charme verliehen.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Cons:

Als kleinen Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir uns wünschen, dass die Klimatisierung in den allgemeinen Aufenthaltsbereichen etwas optimiert wird. Es war nicht unangenehm heiss, aber teilweise doch recht warm. Gerade wenn man dort etwas länger verweilt oder arbeiten möchte, wäre eine etwas kühlere Raumtemperatur angenehm. In den Zimmern selbst war die Temperatur hingegen perfekt.

a very poorly maintained property that fell far below expectations.
Pros:

The only real positive was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely tried to solve the problems we raised, despite clearly having to work around issues with the property that were beyond their control.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the property itself was a major disappointment. The air conditioning worked very poorly and was extremely loud, making it difficult to sleep comfortably. The swimming pool was extremely dirty and looked poorly maintained, to the point that we did not feel comfortable using it. The sunbeds were embarrassingly old, worn and dirty and badly need replacing. Wi-Fi was also unreliable and only worked in certain parts of the property. These were not small issues that the staff could easily fix, but rather basic maintenance and infrastructure problems throughout the property. The photos and presentation of the hotel gave us a very different impression from the reality.

Restaurant ist mir zu modernistisch und kahl, deshalb wenig Atmosphäre.

Un séjour très romantique que nous recommandons vivement!
Pros:

Le trajet depuis l'aéroport n'a duré que quinze minutes. Nous étions un peu inquiets en approchant, car la région est très industrielle et nous recherchions un cadre champêtre. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes détendus : champs verdoyants, oliviers et un magnifique vignoble. La décoration intérieure est à couper le souffle.
La piscine est charmante, sans plus mais la vue sur l' Etna est impressionnante!
Le personnel, Massimo, Arianna et Isabella, était absolument adorable, aux petits soins et attentif au moindre détail. Ils ont rendu notre séjour inoubliable.
Le petit-déjeuner est formidable, avec des produits frais maison, c'est un délice!
Catane est très facile d'accès en voiture et les activités ne manquent pas dans les environs.
Un séjour très romantique. Nous avons adoré et nous le recommandons vivement.
