Very beautiful grounds, amazing restaurant, attentive and lovely staff for a hotel that only sleeps a small number of rooms, which are each finished very well. Good pool /sunbathing area too!
Nothing major, it’s not a big issue but one to bear in mind that it’s on the flight path but we still slept very well, also bring your own hair conditioner!

We had a wonderful stay at Neroli Bio Relais! We travelled in March so it was very quiet, one night we were the only guests but the staff made us feel so welcome! Food was excellent especially the fresh orange juice at breakfast was the best we had on the island. We loved the feature of the stone floor in the old barn rooms.
We would have wished for a window that can be opened during the night, but it only had a terrace door that we couldn't keep open due to the lovely cats wanting to come stay with us :D
The staff of this hotel go the extra mile! They are warm, welcoming, gracious and accommodating. The chef went out of his way for my husband. The location is special for its direct full view of Etna and its closeness in proximity to the Catania airport. You are in the middle of a vineyard with a pool. We chose the room with the private terrace and entrance and it was perfect for us.
