Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison Verona

Great stay from start to finish. Easy check-in and the staff were friendly and so helpful. Big shoutout to Alden. The rooms and the hotel were clean, modern and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to friendly and provide a great experience.

The gentleman at the reception desk was extremely kind, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts and coffee were great and much appreciated. We were cautioned to move our cars to the underground parking ahead of severe storms, hail, and tornados--service above and beyond. A+++

Wonderful hotel. Quiet, comfortable, clean with great atmosphere and design. Good breakfast served by considerate staff. Service is always top notch and management available to address concerns. Sales Manager Mark, in particular, has been exceptionally helpful and courteous. Great location also, especially if visiting family members that work in the area. This will be our 4th stay.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Verona! From start to finish, the service truly stood out. The complimentary shuttle made travel easy and convenient—running not only to and from Dane County Airport but also to nearby restaurants. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day.

A special shoutout to Aiden, who went above and beyond to make the stay memorable. Even though I checked in late at night, he greeted me with humor and warmth, arranged an upgrade to his favorite room, and made me feel instantly welcome. He also provided a personalized list of restaurant recommendations and took care of shuttle arrangements.

A fun surprise was the Epic Night on Tuesday, hosted by Aiden, featuring a happy hour with snacks and a game where guests could win Marriott points—a great way to meet other travelers and unwind.

This hotel combines comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. Thanks to Aiden and the terrific staff, it’s become my favorite place to stay in Verona. Highly recommended!

Great Spot will be back there

I had an amazing stay at the Fairfield Inn Madison Verona! The staff is very welcoming and they all go above and beyond for their guest! I would highly recommend to anyone, but especially those traveling to Verona for epic training! The shuttle service is super convenient taking you to and from campus as well as airport pickup! They also offfer dinner shuttle service to local restaurants! Special shout out to Aiden, Such a wonderful kind and welcoming personality! I left my laptop charger and he graciously mailed it back to me and sent me an email with all the shipping details! I spent 3 weeks at the hotel and each week upon my return he greeted me in the lobby by first name! He will truly make your day, and his fresh baked cookies are amazing!
The hotel also offers complimentary breakfast and round the clock coffee/tee/ and hot chocolate in the lobby!

Stayed here alone when I was in the area for a triathlon. Felt safe, the room was clean, staff was helpful and the bed was comfortable

Very safe

The TV didn’t work, it just shut itself off whenever I tried to watch anything. I asked them to come fix it but the maintenance person was gone for the day, I said that’s fine, they can come tomorrow. Next day the remote hadn’t been moved and the TV wouldn’t even turn on. Also the AC had a mind of its own (a very lazy one), and the shuttle to/from Epic was supposed to run every 15 minutes but I waited - NO EXAGGERATION - 50 minutes for a pick-up the first afternoon. The pillows felt like half-filled bags of cotton balls.

The Staff were very friendly and (sorta?) helpful, and they have a nice complimentary happy hour and delicious cookies. The room was clean. And the stay was cheap. Mostly I’m just cranky that the age of smart tv’s means I can’t even turn on the tv in my hotel room and watch something random.
