It was a quiet hotel, no children running around. Was able to shuffle my room to be closer to the elevator as I am on crutches.
There were some stains on the pillowcases, toilet was stained, small bathtub. They're was no central light switch to turn the lamps off. All 4 lamps were turned on.
We normally stay in BW Sherwood Park but they raised their rent by double so no more

Prettig hotel in zijn algemeenheid. Goed ontbijt met oa ei naar keuze te plekke bereid. Vers fruit. Koffie en thee op de kamer! Koelkast en microwave aanwezig.

The location was strategic and accessible. The breakfast was great.
The washroom wasn’t cleaned and quite dirty. I made a complaint to the staff on duty but she didn’t take any action. Also, it was quite difficult sleeping in the room. The bed was generally not comfortable and stressful to sleep on.

Great location
De kamer was zeer ruim, en heel netjes. Badkamer schoon en ook ruim. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Parkeren geen probleem.
Ontbijt zaal is ongezellig en klein, naar verhouding met het aantal kamers. Hierdoor kon het zijn dat er geen tafel vrij was om te ontbijten. Wel was er genoeg keuze om te eten. Koffie prima wat ik wel belangrijk vindt om de dag mee te beginnen.
The room with kitchenette was huge! We loved it!
They had an omelette bar! So good! Nice and clean. Walking distance to Shopper's and Brewhouse.
Breakfast says it goes to 10 am but they start shutting down at 950.. it would be nice if food was prepared until 10 am and the staff is paid until 1030 to complete their clean-up
The hotel was conveniently located for our purpose, it was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly.
It’s a bit dated, the hot tub jets were not working nor was the sauna, at least not well, it was taking so long to come to temp we gave up and went back to our room.
The breakfast wasn’t very good
Loved our room, comfy beds and the staff were accommodating.
The hot tub could be a little more hot, it's very mild for the temperature.
