Great location
De kamer was zeer ruim, en heel netjes. Badkamer schoon en ook ruim. Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Parkeren geen probleem.
Ontbijt zaal is ongezellig en klein, naar verhouding met het aantal kamers. Hierdoor kon het zijn dat er geen tafel vrij was om te ontbijten. Wel was er genoeg keuze om te eten. Koffie prima wat ik wel belangrijk vindt om de dag mee te beginnen.
The room with kitchenette was huge! We loved it!
They had an omelette bar! So good! Nice and clean. Walking distance to Shopper's and Brewhouse.
Breakfast says it goes to 10 am but they start shutting down at 950.. it would be nice if food was prepared until 10 am and the staff is paid until 1030 to complete their clean-up
The hotel was conveniently located for our purpose, it was clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly.
It’s a bit dated, the hot tub jets were not working nor was the sauna, at least not well, it was taking so long to come to temp we gave up and went back to our room.
The breakfast wasn’t very good
Loved our room, comfy beds and the staff were accommodating.
The hot tub could be a little more hot, it's very mild for the temperature.
Very flexible with kids
If you have many kids ,this is the greatest place for you.

Everything was good except for the room being extremely cold at night and the heater wasn’t turning on, it was too late to call someone to check
Calm, restful, close to certain amenities, modern, clean, nice breakfast, great staff.
A mattress cover with skirt was used instead of a blanket. The in-room Keurig coffee machine was not working well, the coffee was always almost cold. I was cold at night, and when I turned on the heat, it was way too hot, temperature was difficult to control. Tub in washroom was quite shallow. The washroom sink water flow was uncomfortably slow. Toilet was shaking, unstable, and very low as if it was meant for children. Jacuzzi was not able to accommodate two people at once easily. Not enough towels were supplied because we also used the jacuzzi, needing 4 big towels instead of two. Would have been nice to have 2 chairs to sit on rather than one.
Our room was really nice and spacious, kitchenette came in handy. We were able to get a crib for our 9 month old which was really great!
The breakfast was just alright, pool was cold, they didn't have a sheet for the crib mattress so we had to use a regular bed sheet
Breakfast was awesome and staff very friendly.
