Cons:

It was absolutely the worst experience. The hotel corridors smelled bad, and the rooms were old, dirty, and poorly maintained. The staff were not cooperative or friendly at all. This hotel does not deserve a 5-star rating not even 2 stars in my opinion.

Pros:

We had a very comfortable stay at the Pullman Dubai. The highlights were definitely the bed, which was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom setup. The toilets were clean, modern, and very nicely designed. Overall, everything about the room was great and made for an excellent stay.

Cons:

The only downside was the breakfast selection. It would have been great if there were more options available.
