3-star hotel with a 5-star heart !
Pros:

5-star service staff !
Super clean rooms
Large enough rooms. Not cramped

Staff very very helpful. They anticipate your needs, no need to ask.
For example, they help lift your luggage from the taxi up the steps to the front desk without asking. They help you load your luggage onto your taxi on check out.
When it rains, they hand you an umbrella automatically. Small things like that.

Great location, convenient hotel to go to Megamal, lots of great places to access from the hotel

Cons:

There were some spots of wear and tear in the room such as the aircon leaking water or the dusty quality of the curtain but overall still good place to stay for the amount you're paying.

The whole room size was good and the staff were helpful too
Except for the ones i disliked below the rest were great...

Cons:

The whole room was perfect except for the shower it wasnt draining water i complained and they still didnt care about it
The bathroom door didnt lock either and also the shelf below the tv wasnt almost about to fall off the wall so i dont know what theyre maintaining.

Pros:

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff kindly allowed me to store my luggage before the official check-in time, which was really convenient. The room assigned to me was very clean, and the bed was spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The drop-off area had no proper steps and was slippery, especially because it was raining when I arrived. I also noticed some dripping from the air-conditioning unit on my last day. The mini bar was also not cold enough.

It’s a descent place for business trips, with good internet speed. Staying at this hotel gets the job done!
Pros:

Beddings and shower are great. Hot water in the shower is very easy to manage. Good toiletries and bottled water provision. Towels and bed sheets are clean.

The air condition is my room is new and nice. Better than the last time when it was old and noisy.

Cons:

The bed i had in room 607 is a bit old. Still comfy but needs to be changed. The back panels of the Wardrobe is falling apart and needs to be fixed.

The reception needs to be refreshed if not renovated. It’s showing age and not as nice as 6 years ago the last time i was here. The sofa and seats in the receiving lounge look worn out. They are not expensive to replace.
