So so. The room smell was a deal breaker. Otherwise, score would been much higher.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly guards and Front Office.

Cons:

Restaurant manager wasn't that attentive. More importantly, room smelled of cigarettes. Housekeeping did what they could by spraying a disinfectant compound, but still, I woke up with a sore throat.

Good budget hotel, may need to improve cleaning for those allergic to dust.
Pros:

The room was comfortable enough and the location was excellent since I attended an event at Megamall. It's close to a lot of restaurants to order delivery from and is easily accessible by ride hailing apps. The staff were very welcoming and courteous.

Cons:

I am allergic to dust and had a severe reaction while I stayed in the room. I was not experiencing any allergies the entire day up til that point. It was very difficult to relax given that condition. I realized too late that I should have asked the hotel to change rooms. The room looked clean so I did not consider that my allergies were triggered by anything in the room at the time.

Pros:

Pros:

Everything especially the cable channels have improved.

Cons:

That the aircon was leaking water. I told them about it and I was expecting them to change my room but they just put a mat under the aircon and were advised to put the temp at 24 degrees and not to change because it will continue to leak. I followed their instructions but still the aircon continues to leak. Anyway, I just didn't let it bother me anymore but maybe next time, handle problems like this better. Or better yet make sure that all facilities are in good condition. Also the cabinet where the mini ref was stored is also broken.
