The restaurant does not operate across the clock
The staff's commitment to providing good customer service. They are accommodating, attentive to the customer's needs, and everyone has a pleasing personality.
The rooms. Stayed here a couple of times but my recent stays were rather disappointing.
1. Had to switch and move to 2 rooms. A leaking AC, very old furniture that have cracks in it. You can tell that this hotel is not maintained well as years go by.
2. Smelly walkways.
3. Elevator is a problem.
This inn needs renovating.
Consistent with the cleanliness and the orderliness.
First time (after multiple bookings) to be assigned at the 7th floor. Only 1 elevator on the left can service this floor. I was requesting to be transferred to a lower room but was told but the frontbdesk that there was no other available room but she was holding in her hand multiple room key cards whoch was still unoccupied.

a bit run down hotel which needs a bit a cleaning and some renovations.
Grosszügiges Zimmer, sehr bequemes Bett, gute Dusche, gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz.
Man sieht leider erst wenn man davor steht, dass es das Hotel ist, bessere Beschilderung wäre hilfreich. Wir haben deshalb eine extra Runde um ein paar Häuserblock fahren müssen.
Die Schäden an der Wand im Schlafzimmer bei der Seite der Dusche haben den Gesammteindruck negativ beeinflusst. In der Dusche wurden die Plattenarbeiten nicht richtig gemacht (vor Jahren), indem keine Wasserimprägnierung auf die rohe Wand aufgebrachte wurde. Dadurch drückt die Feuchtigkeit beim Duschen langsam in die Wand, was zum abblättern an einigen Stellen im Schlafzimmer führt. Kein grosses Problem, aber halt ein Schönheitsfehler, was einen Stern Abzug bringt.
Trotzt guter Verglasung hört man den Strassenverkehr.
