ولاشي نصابيين فوق الفلوس اللي دافعتها دفعوني 1000 ريال زياده شقه غرف النوم مافيها مكيفات ولما طلبت فلوسي او تغيير طلبو مبلغ زياده عشان غرفتين ولو ان الغرف اقل من الشقه الخايسه ولاخدمه تنظيف الغرف وحده اتشاديه تقول موكل يوم حتى دوره المياه ماتنظفهم كل يوم واخر شي صرت انا انظف بنفسي وتنظيفها مو ذاك التنظيف تحت الاسره معفنه

Unsafe, amd unhygienic
Pros:

I absolutely hated the stay. Even went about raising complaints to booking itself. Yet not much was done about it. It ruined the whole trip itself sadly to say.

Cons:

Place was very unhygienic, construction materials lying out in the balcony, damped walls very smelly rooms. Broken walls and ceiling. Balcony door was very unsafe as it opened just by a slight pull after locking. Many, many other issues was raised with bookings. But sadly, not much done about it. Most probably, bookings raised these issues and claimed back from hotel as they know clearly it was wrong but didnt do much for me, hence for the feed back so they i.e booking knew this was against health and safety but still ignored it. But not good for me as consumer, all evidence was provided as requested, but even then they didn't do much as they probably took it themselves. Sad very sad. Still waiting for response from them.
