Comfortable and safe place with amazing customer service.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to different amenities and safe. Clean facilities with ample parking. No pets, which is wonderful!! Amazing customer service from the gate to reception 24/7.

Cons:

Too much noise from the local pub next door. The room was too small with no AC, fan, desk and chair.

Pros:

Great location, real value for money, very nice staff
Pros:

The location is great, it is very close to Kilimani Mall and Yaya Centre, plus lots of restaurants and shops. (Personally I think Kilimani is the best area for tourists to stay because it is more walkable than for instance Westlands.) We stayed for three nights and got to two apartments and one single room which accommodated our group perfectly. The apartments are very spacious and the kitchens is really well equipped. Breakfast is really good (although a bit slow). Everything is very clean.

Everlyne went above and beyond to make us comfortable, and Catherine and the night staff were also super nice. The security guards are also very nice and helpful when you are coming and going.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room small but clean and tidy. Very safe area, near shops, restaurants and supermarket. Close to the street food market, food was delicious.
