Fantastic location. Really friendly and extremely helpful staff on Reception.

Good value for money for a short stay i.e. somewhere to sleep. Check your entrance code works!!!
Pros:

We stayed in the "Jacobson" room. Good location for the places we had to go. Although it is a bustling area, we had a good night's sleep. Competitive price compared to hotels.

Cons:

The room could be classed as compact. There is little room between the shower and the bed nor anywhere to hang towels and clothes. There was no plug for the sink in the toilet which made washing difficult. The kettle when boiled did not automatically switch off. Tea, coffee etc. were not replaced on our second day.
A door in the room led outside to a semi-decked area. We did not use this area but if we had wanted to we wouldn't have bothered. In the area two pipes emerged which appeared to be the outlet for extraction fans below.
We were saved from a potential disaster. On arrival we were given a code to gain access to the building after hours. Late one night we came back and used the code to gain entry without success. Luckily, after ten minutes of trying, another guest arrived. He put his code in, a totally different number, and we gained access.

Great location, excellent facilities.
Pros:

The room had everything you could need including a fridge, iron and it's always lovely to have biscuits provided. Little terrace/balcony was unexpected. Great location. Easy check in. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The throw on the bed had clearly not been washed as it had, what I hope were make-up stains on it. The pillows were also flat and hard.

Pros:

Location was perfekti if you come from stansted. Room was quiet.

Cons:

Balcony was a joke, it is enough if you smoke. Table and the chair were broken. Room was much smaller than pictures let you to believe. We just slept there so, bit worn out.

Staff are fantastic, everything you need in one place, and the outside terrace is perfect. Bed is ridiculously comfortable, I never want to get out of it

Pros:

Sono tornato in questa struttura per l’ottima posizione logistica, si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Liverpool street, comodissimo se si arriva con lo Stansted Express. Tower of London a pochi minuti a piedi. Bel quartiere ricco di locali e mercati. Sono piccoli appartamenti forniti di ogni accessorio

Cons:

Purtroppo mobili ammaccati, vetro della finestra rotto, tende macchiate. Acqua calda che arriva dopo un quarto d’ora. Tipico stile British di “casa d’epoca”. Ci vuole spirito d’adattamento. Il prezzo sicuramente caro, ma Londra è così..
