The reception is located on the 4th floor. The guests rooms are located on all floors.

To reach the elevator, guests need to walk up some stairs. Guests on the 5th floor must take the elevator to the 4th floor and then use a spiral staircase.

Fed beliggenhed, men kedelig morgenmad og mangel på imødekommende personale
Pros:

Beliggenheden er fremragende i Ku'dam. Tæt på S-bahn, U-bahn, shopping og restauranter. Sengene er ok.

Cons:

Generelt om de fysiske rammer: Flotte udsmykninger, men desværre fremstår hotellet meget slidt. Sort tape på mange trappetrin. Slidt og ustabil elevator. Ikke nok plads til gæsterne i morgenmadsområdet - de skulle måske sætte bordene anderledes, da det var svært at finde plads, hvor vi (3 personer) kunne sidde sammen. Uinspirende reception.

3. personers værelse: Vores badeværelsesdør og væg mod badeværelse var plettet med noget udefinerbart og der var meget støvet. Kedelig udsigt til en baggård. Flad pude og tynd dyne.

Mad: Kedelig morgenmad (ligner slet ikke billederne), ikke 105 kr. værd. Hvis man kommer tidligt (7.30) er pølser og frikadeller ikke varme endnu. Frugten ligner at den er skåret for flere dage siden. Tørre kager og tørt brød.

Personale: Generelt skulle man lede længe efter et smil fra personalet. Personalet i receptionen er ikke imødekommende. Ved check ind virkede manden i receptionen absolut ikke som om han gad at være der og vi fik ingen information om f.eks tidspunkt for morgenmad. Ved check-ud var det en anden mand i receptionen, men ligesom den første - intet smil, ikke noget med at spørge om man havde nydt opholdet osv. Det var bare at betale i.f.t. parkering og goodbye.
Tjenerne/køkkenpersonalet var hele tiden over morgenmadsbuffeten, hvilket var noget forstyrrende, men heller ikke her nogle smil. Vi oplevede at da vi kom tidligt op til morgenmad, lå der et personale henslængt på en af sofaerne i morgenmadsområdet, hun fik travlt med at rejse sig, da vi kom. Vi mistede morgenmads-appetitten efter dag 2, da en af personalerne hele tiden hostede (uden at holde sig for munden/hoste i ærmet) ved buffeten men også når hun skulle rydde af.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

The location was not bad. It was within walking distance to shopping stores.

Cons:

The parking price was never established. Once getting to the hotel, the price was 25 euros but with an additional 55 euros safety deposit. To top it off, you have to pay in cash and there are only 6 parking spots which are its first come first serve. I paid for my parking and the parking spot was very narrow that I almost couldn’t fit my car. I drive a Tesla Model 3 and I still had to fold my side view mirrors so it wouldn’t hit the narrows paths. Once I was able to move the vehicle in, all parking spots were taken. When I mentioned this to the reception, they were blaming me for not parking my car right away even though I had a designated parking spot.

In the summer, there is no ac and the provided fan does not help.

The reception office is in the top floor. You either have to take the elevator or stairs. The stairs flooring is held by tape.

Bij aankomst was het zoeken naar de receptie. Het trappenhuis is eigenlijk prachtig maar de treden hebben renovatie nodig.

Pros:

Läget är toppen!

Cons:

Oljud utifrån bägge kvällarna/nätterna. Förmodligen restaurangernas bakgård där de kastar glas och sopor, och tar sina rökpauser.
Rummet för 3 personer, var minimalt. Vi kunde knappt röra oss för att hela rummet togs upp av en dubbelsäng och en enkelsäng. Det fanns ingen luft på rummet.
Vi öppnade fönstret för att det var alldeles för varmt och kvavt. Då blev det ännu mer oljud utifrån.
Vi sov dåligt båda nätterna.
Wi-Fi la av andra dagen och fixades inte under resten av vistelsen.
Samtliga personer (tre olika), som vi mötte under vår tid där, som jobbade i receptionen var mycket otrevliga. Den ena tittade inte ens på mig när jag frågade om WiFi.
Vid incheckning försökte jag le mot receptionisten men han fortsatte sura tillbaka.
Priset var bra och likaså läget, men jag hade lagt några extra euro för att få en lite bättre upplevelse.
