Un séjour agréable grâce au cadre, aux piscines, aux animations, mais pas exceptionnel niv service.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé et dispose de plusieurs piscines ainsi que de nombreux toboggans, ce qui est particulièrement agréable pour les familles. L’ambiance est sympathique, aussi bien autour de la piscine que sur la plage. Les espaces extérieurs sont jolis et bien aménagés. La nourriture est abondante, avec un choix varié.

Cons:

L’hôtel était complet et donc très fréquenté, ce qui a forcément eu un impact sur la qualité et la rapidité du service. Pour un établissement présenté comme un 5 étoiles, je m’attendais à un niveau de prestation plus élevé et mieux maîtrisé, même en période de forte affluence.

Un séjour agréable et calme.
Pros:

Le personnel était courtois et bienveillant surtout Aymen au niveau de la réception etait vraiment très serviable.

Cons:

Le personnel au niveau de la piscine n'était pas très attentif pour éviter d'éventuels accidents au niveau de l"aquaparc.

Great I recommend😄
Pros:

Swim up room is amazing! The buffet is full of options and creative dishes. Although the hotel is large the Staff are friendly and caring. The hotel is full of trees and plants giving the resort vibe. There are 3 pools and activities of all kinds. We got assisted by a beautiful lady Ms. Ons and also receptionist Mr. Jilani he was very nice and welcoming. Alsoo the animation at night is professional and amusing.

Cons:

I wish the bathrooms were fancier but it does the job.
