A pleasant week-long getaway with the family
Pros:

The amenities and core facilities were very well taken care of. The beach was nice and sandy, and there were plenty of great activities for kids. The food was good - especially the desserts! The staff members were always helpful.

Cons:

The cocktails could have been better, but it wasn't a major issue for us.

Hôtel remarquable avec des prestations à la hauteur de ses 5 étoiles, sans doute l’un des meilleurs de toute la zone. Le cadre est magnifique et les chambres sont spacieuses. Mention spéciale pour les accès adaptés aux personnes à mobilité réduite vers toutes les infrastructures. Le personnel est aux petits soins, la restauration variée et de qualité, et les installations sont très bien entretenues. Une adresse parfaite pour des vacances reposantes. Je recommande vivement

la grande plage, le sable fin, la proximité avec l'hôtel.
la nourriture tunisienne.
la piscine sans bruit.
le balcon de la chambre.
la gentillesse des collaborateurs.

Cons:

difficulté pour avoir les serviettes de piscine... les horaires d'ouverture ne sont pas respectés.
le bruit de la musique le samedì soir...impossible de dormir, sachant que le dimanche on partait à 6h pour l'aéroport .

Posizione eccellente, camera spaziosa, buffet variato e di ottima qualità

Cons:

Prenotato camera familiare vista mare.
Camera in generale ampia e confortevole ma il parquet in alcune parti risultava danneggiato
In un 5 stelle non dovrebbe capitare
Qualche piccola ristrutturazione renderebbe tutto al top
