Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para ir al parque Puy di fou y trato muy amable de todo el personal.

Cons:

Las almohadas demasiado blandas y el dessyuno no compensa reservarlo, al ser un bar sale más a cuenta pagar lo que pides.

El buen trato del personal, la chica que nos atendio al llegar muy atenta y amable.

Cons:

Experiencia para no repetir, 200€ de habitacion por que no habia otra opcion mas barata en ningun otro hotel. Habitacion con el mobiliario viejo y gastado, la limpieza deja mucho que desear ya que sobre todo el baño estaba practicamente de un huesped para otro, las toallas con manchas. Las sabanas de las camas sucias. La iluminacion escasa. Las tres estrellas que pone en el cartel no las merece, tenemos ido al Eurostars que es de cuatro estrellas, pagar menos pasando dos noches y tener mucha mas calidad de habitacion. Una y no mas

Excelente estancia después de una boda en el Cigarral del Ángel
Pros:

Ubicación excelente si tienes boda u otro evento en el Cigarral del Ángel Custodio.

Envié por email mi DNI 2 días antes de la llegada para agilizar el check-in y, además, en el momento de llegar al hotel ni siquiera tuve que firmar un documento a la entrada porque el hotel ya disponía de mis datos para rellenar el parte de viajeros. Un proceso de check-in supereficiente.

Venía de bailar y sudar mucho en una boda, me di una ducha en el baño y dormí muy bien. Además, pude poner el aire acondicionado a la temperatura que yo deseaba y eso me gustó

Cons:

No puedo quejarme del servicio de cafetería porque no consumí y no tenía contratado el desayuno, así que no fui mal atendido. Mi única pega es que pasé a la hora del desayuno para ver qué ofrecían y no me quise quedar porque no me atrajo lo que ofrecían y elegí desayunar fuera del hotel.

Not Worth The Money
Pros:

The receptionist and breakfast staff

Cons:

The lack of bar and restaurant facilities!
The indifference of the manager to the lack of these services!
If you don't speak reasonable Spanish, don't stay here.
Taxi into Toledo is between €12-14.
There is a bus, but not frequent!
