Estancia agradable y cómoda para poco tiempo.

Desde recepción se pusieron en contacto conmigo ante la posibilidad de no hacer el check-in a tiempo, lo cual se agradece.

Desayuno bufett día 14, y 15/5 fue servido por personal en la mesa y no era lo mismo, pero en general bien.

Personal poco amable, habitación pequeña, el acceso, no tiene entrada para minusválidos, tienes que entrar por el aparcamiento, nos tuvimos que ir del desayuno porque tardaron más de media hora en poner un café

Hotel que aloja grupos d escolares junto a clientes adultos que han pagado 180 € por noche

Cons:

Alojaron en nuestra planta un grupo d escolares que sin ningun control nos despertaron gritando riendo y corriendo por el pasillo del hotel.
La habitación nos costó 180 €.!!!!!

El hotel es tranquilo, está muy bien situado y limpio y el personal es muy amable

Cons:

Parte de las luces de la habitación no funcionaban, un embellecedor del grifo de la ducha se salía al abrir. Son pequeños detalles que no cuesta mucho la reparación y creo que con el precio que tiene debían de tener un poco de cuidado con esas cosas.

Buenas opción
Pros:

Al ladito del Festival Toledo Beat, que era para lo que viajábamos. Con aparcamiento de sobra para dejar el coche. El personal muy amable y las instalaciones correctas.
