Decent communication. It was a little tricky checking in. Once the property manager contacted me, I was able to get in and out.
The neighborhood looked a little sketchy. But a quick taxi ride took us to I believe the Gulf of Napoli. That area was beautiful with many restaurants and bars.
It is so easy to have access and the music that is played in the background is very very nice from the time you were greeted your stay and the time that you leave you feel like royalty

Nothing everything was great
Excellent stay! Went on a girls trip and the hotel's location was excellent, The staff were amazing, especially DJ at the front desk. My sister is handicapped and everyone went above and beyond to ensure she was taken care of. Pool is beautiful, easily accesible, and the entire hotel is SUPER clean. We had quite a few meals at the on-site restaurants and the food was DELICIOUS. Very fresh and tasty. The complimentary Breakfast was also good. The usual hot and old options. We look forward to making it a yearly tradition.
Great hotel and service spacious suites..good location great pool and towel use however more shade umbrellas needed!
Very clean and nicely appointed. Pool is very nice with plenty of seating and not too crowded. Great water view, but there are a lot of private planes taking off and flying directly over the pool and hotel. The room, lobby and common areas are very clean and well maintained. Parking was also easy in and out in the adjacent garage.

We were in the heart of the town. Close to Tin City and downtown Naples. Our hotel had amazing breakfast every morning, great parking, and an amazing pool.
