It was a great stay all around, but the bed was not comfortable, and if you're going to cook, DON'T.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations, with all essential amenities conveniently located within walking distance. The breakfast offered was of a high standard, suitable even for the most discerning guests. Notably, the availability of hard-boiled eggs was a thoughtful and appreciated feature, as this particular offering has been consistently provided by only a limited number of places I have visited.

Cons:

The accommodation provided was significantly less than expected, particularly given the disability room I was assigned. Despite the facility’s stated provisions, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and I experienced severe back pain each morning during my stay. Additionally, the provided utensils were defective and unusable, prompting me to purchase replacements independently.

Eine sehr gepflegte komfortable Anlage. Wir hatten eine Studio Suite mit einer voll eingerichteten Küche und einem Balkon zum Pool. Das Frühstück ist inkl. und es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Preis-Leistung absolut toll.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in der Flugschneise zum kleinen Flughafen. Es starten und landen ab und an kleine Privatflugzeuge. Das hat uns aber nicht gestört. Ist aber vielleicht wichtig zu wissen.

Pros:

El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones y vistas muy lindas, prolijo, limpio, amplio, tiene muy buena localización, el staff muy bien, el desayuno correcto, la unica desventaja es que el parking es pago (y lo sabia) pero me parece algo negativo, sólo eso.

Great location and hotel, but ruined by unprofessional front desk staff and a frustrating billing error that left me fee
Pros:

I truly loved the hotel itself and its fantastic location. The property is beautiful, and it had great potential for a wonderful stay.

Cons:

The front desk staff was extremely unprofessional, which completely ruined my experience. Upon check-in, I was quoted $29 for self-parking and a $50 security deposit. I paid the $50 security deposit via card and paid the $29 for parking in cash, which the receptionist accepted and provided change for.
However, during checkout the next morning, a different staff member presented me with a bill that included the parking fee I had already paid. When I explained that I had already paid in cash, she claimed it wasn't in the system and told me I had to wait until 10:00 AM for her to verify it with the previous shift. As I was traveling from out of town and needed to leave, I couldn't wait. Without my consent, she charged my card for the entire bill—including the parking fee for a second time—stating I would have to wait for a refund if her colleague confirmed my payment.
It is unacceptable that guests are expected to pay for the incompetence and mistakes of the staff. There was no respect for my time or my situation. I wanted to speak to a manager, but I did not have enough time before my departure. It is such a shame, as I really liked the hotel and the location, but due to the incompetent staff, I will not be returning, as I do not want to risk such a frustrating experience again. Front desk staff create the first and last impressions of a stay, and despite the positive aspects of the hotel, I left feeling deeply disappointed.
