Excellent location (being near shopping areas and restaurants) great breakfast at hotel and polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Pool area, couple of floor laminates lifted, may cause tripping. Pool water dirty in some days.

I always enjoy staying at Hyatt Place Managua. The hotel is comfortable, well-maintained, and conveniently located, but what truly sets it apart is the staff.

Even during very busy periods, the team consistently goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and valued. The level of service is warm, genuine, and personalized, and you can see the same care being extended to all guests.

A special thank you to Joel and the Front Desk team, the restaurant staff, and the Housekeeping team for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Their dedication makes every stay a great experience.

I highly recommend Hyatt Place Managua and look forward to returning on my next visit.

El desayuno lo realizamos en el bufete que ofrece el hotel y debido a que degustamos a las 10:30 repostería allí mismo, no almorzamos. Por la tarde mis hijos y yo estábamos enfermos. Mi hijo mayor cursa su cuarto día de ingreso hospitalario por una gastroenteritis con deshidratacion. Esto hizo de esta experiencia la peor que hemos tenido. Estamos seguros que fue la repostería x q mi esposo fue el único que no comió pan y él no enfermó. Es la tercera vez y ultima que visito y recomiendo este hotel.

Overall, if you're staying in Managua Nicaragua, I would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

This Hyatt hotel sits on a slight hill that overlooks one of the largest local malls that has plenty of food options that you can walk to from the property. This makes it an excellent choice for convenience and not having to travel around the city as much to get a bite to eat. The hotel itself is clean, safe well maintained, and the staff is so attentive and eager to take care of any needs you may have. It also has an outstanding breakfast that runs from seven in the morning till 1030. With plenty of logo foods that are delicious and the standard items as well.

Enjoyed our stay at Hyatt Managua
Pros:

The Hyatt Managua exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast options were good overall. The location was perfect - adjacent to great shopping and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again on my next trip.
