Booked 3 nights, stayed 0 - worst hospitable encounter in years.
Pros:

There was plenty of parking. The staff was ready when we arrived and made check-in very fast. I did not stay long enough at the hotel to find out what more it had to offer.

Cons:

I booked a night here after a long drive from two states away, but the atmosphere was so dark and unwelcoming that I couldn't bring myself to stay—even though I had already paid. My room was located in a dark corner of the hallway and looked like an old, low-quality apartment with cheap cosmetic enhancements nailed to the drywall. It was nowhere near the quality suggested by online reviews, and I felt so uncomfortable that I had to leave immediately.

The service was equally frustrating. When I called ahead, I reached an off-site call center worker who couldn't answer property-specific questions and just read corporate policy scripts. Upon arrival, the front desk employee couldn't make any decisions without waiting on an off-site manager after voicing my complaints. Management showed very little concern, and their only resolution was offering to move me to another room. Ultimately, I was refunded for the 2 of 3 nights I booked and they were certain they would keep the first night rate plus the resort fee, which was not a small sum. The total lack of hospitality was disappointing, and their rigid corporate-equity attitude made it clear they didn't care about my complaints. I moved to another hotel the same night not far away with a much better experience. I expected much better after consideration from booking photos and reviews and would caution staying here.

Property layout was more or less as expected

Cons:

Reception, bar area, shop was all in one small area! My wife wanted a cup of warm milk, they charged $4.00! Not over helpful staff

Good location, parking and modern
Pros:

Great location with nice spacious rooms.
Lots of parking on site, and lots of scooters nearby to allow you to easily access the town. Rooms were modern, with fridge, large TV and comfortable bed

Cons:

Could do with a revamp, for example our bathroom door kept sticking and pieces of wood coming off at the bottom.

it was nice but for the price i paid, im not sure i would book again.
Pros:

the location was the best thing for me. its in the center and had easy access to almost everything.

Cons:

the pool didn't work to well. the hot tub didn't have bubbles. and it had a lot of garbage from the trees in it. a shade would be nice to keen it cleaner. the rooms weren't as extravagant as i expected them to be. they were kind of small. i also didn't care of the design of the property. it wasn't my favorite part to have to walk like 5 mins from another area to get to the main lobby. also for the amount of rooms the hotel has, the lobby, pool and hot tub were kind of small. you have like 4 different towers of rooms but only 2 small fire pits and like 10 chairs? it made things unfair to people like me who had to stay in the other side of the hotel. i went with a party and half of them stayed in the main building and me and the other half stayed on the other side so we weren't as united as we wanted to be.

I stayed for 4 days and the location was really good, and the staff was so cooperative that it was a comfortable trip.

My new go-to property in Tahoe - highly recommend!
Pros:

The beds are sooo comfy, the staff especially Kayla were warm and welcoming, and the common spaces were conducive to meeting cool people from around the world!

Cons:

Only thing that could be improved is lighting in the room, it'd be great to have another curtain option to allow natural light in while maintaining privacy vs just the one fully dark curtain.

Schöner Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung
Pros:

Schöne Anlage in guter Lage. Man kann dort sehr gut die Zeit verbringen.

Cons:

Es fehlte etwas an durchdachten Konzepten, z.b. gibt es eine Kitchenette mit Waschbecken, aber keine Küchentücher und Ablage für Geschirr. Das ist eine Kleinigkeit, fällt aber auf.

Preis/Leitung stimmt nicht
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war ganz ok, die Lichtverhältnisse sind schlecht. Die Matratze ein wenig zu weich aber das ist individuell.

Schlecht wsr die Sauberkeit. Angefangen bei Lavabo im Bad wo bei Abfluss grosse Blutflecken waren und der 2mm dicke Teppich war voller Krümel, auch auf dem Boden.

Der Zimmerservice war bis 16 Uhr nicht erschienen….

Generell ist das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis eher mangelhaft, ein wenig abgeranzt und total überteuert. Leider ist das im ganzen Ort so.

Der Cafe und das Frühstück waren sehr gut, absolut empfehlenswert. Das an der Trinkgeld Skala dauernd nach oben geschraubt wird, ist eine Sauerei, es wird nicht einmal verdankt. Als Jahrzehntelanger USA Reisender kenne ich die Problematik bestens, NUR: die Eigentümer von Restaurants und Hotels machen fette Gewinne, bezahlen ihre Angestellten mangelhaft und der dumme Tourist zahlt den Lohnausgleich

Not worth the cost, essentially a motel level quality if reviewing just the room itself.
