Lovely stay on Stateline
Pros:

Cute, hipster, friendly, social hotel. The on-site bar, free coffee in the morning, s’mores at night and pool/ hot tub were a huge plus. Made it easy to set out and explore for the day, and great atmosphere to return to after enjoying a hiking or beach time.

Cons:

Fridge didn’t work.

My stay was just ok.
Pros:

Pretty close to the lake with free passes, some more’s set up at night & bar, walkable to the casinos.

Cons:

No elevator, rough stairs, small room, rug corner was folded over and tripped on it, coffee pot had to plug in by the bathroom sink or in the room, pillows are too squishy.

Nice rooms, but I encountered facilities issues and got overcharged
Pros:

Nice decor and spacious room. Pretty clean. It felt like a nice resort

Cons:

I got overcharged $17 for two bottles of water that I didn’t open in my room. I had to call them to get a refund but luckily it was pretty easy and the staff were nice.
The hair dryer was broken in our room, I tried calling the number on the facilities card twice and no one picked up. I walked over to the reception at 10pm and they were closing the bar area, but the staff was nice and opened the doors for me, and said they’ll send some over to my room. Unfortunately the hair dryer never arrived and I feel like I’ve tried everything I can, so I just gave up

Pros:

Without a doubt one of the coziest hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, stylish, and welcoming. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, and every detail has been thoughtfully designed. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the lake and Heavenly Village. The staff were outstanding: genuinely friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. We absolutely loved our stay and would choose The Coachman Hotel again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended!

Pros:

While the office and reception area, along with the fire area, presented a commendable aesthetic, Building #9 appeared to be an oversight in its execution. Although it shared the same color scheme, the finishing was incomplete, characterized by peeling paint, unpainted sections, and partially grouted areas in the bathroom. The absence of a dresser for a week-long stay and a proper closet was also a notable concern. Furthermore, the floors exhibited a noticeable slope.

Despite these issues, the staff provided exceptional service. Eliza and Rosie, in particular, demonstrated outstanding professionalism and performance.

Pros:

Great location and the staff were awesome, late check-in was totally fine and they surprised my dog with a welcome treat.

Cons:

Soundproofing was pretty poor. Reception did provide earplugs, but if you're a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you.

True enjoyment and relaxation. We enjoyed our 2 days at the Lake Tahoe and felt relaxed back at the Coachman hotel.

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and it was a short walk to the lake and shops.

Cons:

The room was 87 degrees. We got moved to a new room because the AC was not working but even that room was 76 and with the AC running all night it only got down to 74. One of the beds had dirt and debris under the top blanket.

המיטה הייתה ממש נוחה והחדר גדול. בנוסף המיקום מרכזי מאד מרחק הליכה מהמון מסעדות וחנויות. המלון מלא בדברים קטנים שעושים אווירה מדהימה כמו הסמורס שהם מחלקים. מלון מקסים!!!
