Great location and a comfortable stay, but it would be even better if breakfast were included.
Pros:

The property was in a great location, just a 2-minute drive from Lake Tahoe. The room was clean, comfortable, and a good place to stay for a few days. The staff was friendly, and the overall stay was enjoyable.

Cons:

The rooms could use some updates, and the sound insulation wasn’t the best. Door was rough Other than that, we had a pleasant stay.

Overall a lovely place to stay at Lake Tahoe
Pros:

The different areas to sit outside. The pool and access to the private beach. The kitchen area for a drink or plates for a Wholefoods takeout dinner.

Cons:

There is no seating in your room except outside on the terrace and the room we had could take a small table and chairs. The room is painted in dark colours and the lighting is also quite dim. There are also sharp wooden corners on the bed.

Lage gut, sehr zentral, nahe zum Strand. Nettes Personal, kleine Bar. Abends Sitzplätze mit Feuerstelle/ Marshmallow Roast. Privatstrand in der Nähe kostenfrei mit Hotelvoucher, allerdings keine Liegen oder Sonnenschirme

Cons:

Kein Frühstück, Zimmer sehr klein, Bad dafür sehr groß. Sehr einfach eingerichtet, etwas unbequem zum Sitzen, keine Sitzmöglichkeiten bzw. Tisch/Schreibtisch. Keine Mikrowelle. Betten bequem aber hatte den Eindruck Betten hatten evtl. Milben (starker Juckreiz nur in diesem Hotel/von ca. 18 Hotels). Ursache allerdings nicht nachvollziehbar. Rezeption wurde informiert.

Pros:

The location, and beach access.

Cons:

It was way overpriced for the type of room we stayed in. It was small full of dust. No elevator. The hot tub in the pool area was dirty, and super old tub. The paint was chipping off and had a foul smell.

Pros:

They have everything in house already, they’ve got a restaurant, coffee shop and bar which makes it really convenient. A pool and a jacuzzi, with a communal area where you can eat/ heat up food or just play board games. Lots of seating, indoor and outdoor. The interior was impeccable. Really loved how cozy it looked! Rooms were comfortable and had good lighting.

The communal areas are absolutely wonderful. The special perks such as complimentary nightly s’mores and bikes make up for some wear on the room; which could use some updating, but not a deal-breaker.

Descent stay in the heart of South Lake that could use some better customer service that feels inclusive of all guests.
Pros:

We like the communal areas including the pool, fire pits, and lounge. We also liked the gym.

Cons:

At check-in we were not greeted like other guests. There was not a hello or welcome, the male worker just asked for an id and credit card. He greeted the next guest by saying welcome sir (monsieur). This felt icky as a queer person.
Also, the photos on booking were more impressive than the hotel itself. The photos don’t show the exterior. When you arrive to the hotel, it’s more of a converted motel vibe.

Pienso que el precio es algo elevado
Pros:

De desayuno solo incluía el cafe. Lo demás habia que pagarlo. AL llegar tambien pagamos la cena pero cerraban a las 9pm por lo que solo pudimos pedir algo rápido. Probamos le Jacuzzi y estaba bastante limpio al final de día y la piscina también. Las sillas de la terraza eran muy cómodas y el sol de la mañana muy agradable con el café. La cama muy cómoda, la habitación amplia y el coche se podía dejar gratis justo en la puerta de la habitación. Nos dieron entrada para la playa más cercana privada pero no lo utilizamos.

Cons:

Nos habría gustado al menos desayunar algo. La cena no nos encantó. Pizza, tacos...
Se puede comprar y llevar algo porque hay una nevera pequeña. Hay tostador con el café.

Great location, friendly staff, cozy lobby vibes, clean dark room, and very soft (emphasis on soft) bedding.
Pros:

Friendly, professional staff, good coffee from coffee bar, nice lobby area, cozy decor. Rooms clean, hot water kettle in room, curtains that block the sun. Location walking distance to Lake and Casinos.

Cons:

Bedding. The bed was so soft that there was no getting comfortable. Maybe this room was an odd one out, but unfortunately for us it resulted in lack of sleep. Also note you must cross a busy for some of the rooms.

Nice stay but could be better with improvements.
Pros:

Location is great, very central. Staff were polite and the coffee was good in the morning! There are plenty of common spaces to hang in other than your room. We were traveling with two small children and everyone was really sweet to them!.

Cons:

The room layout (2 queen disability access room) was challenging for setting up our pack and play for our baby because the area that made the most sense for it to go was getting blasted by the AC fan. I mean compared to the rest of the room it was absolutely ice cold in that area. Very unbalanced fan effect really. We ended up having to be forced to be set up near the bathroom which was annoying because we would keep almost waking her going past it and in and out of the room there .The shower was a complete mess with the water escaping the shower area automatically and going everywhere and soaking the floor , which wasn't supposed to happen. And the adjustable shower head adjuster was broken so we could not have it at the height which we wanted. It would keep falling down. Our toddler was also able to open the front door from the inside by just pulling down the handle. Even if we had the bolt locked, just pulling down the handle unlocks the door. There was no secondary locking system, like a chain or child lock, so we had to place a chair in front of the door the entire time we were in the room because the child kept trying to leave, And with us being on the ground floor, this meant that the door faced the parking lot immediately... You can probably tell how stressful that was. Also, there was a resort fee added that made the room rate go up quite a bit at the very end of the booking process. The Jets in the spa wouldn't work the one time I tried to use it ( I know how to use a timer knob) but I didn't have time to follow up with staff to ask about it. Also the ice machine would not work the second time I tried to access ice. Again, I had no time to talk to an employee about it so it was just annoying.

Great location, clean, and comfortable.
Pros:

I volunteer at the ACC Celebrity tournament and so I need to be able to walk to the golf course every morning and this location was perfect. They also had cute amenities. The only downside was the parking could be tight but that’s true if just about everyplace in that location.

Cons:

The parking could be tight.
