Access to the Spa can be made between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm, with a cap mandatory. Inside the Spa you will have access to a heated indoor pool, sauna, Turkish bath, hydromassage cabin and Swiss bath. At this time we can only allow access to the indoor pool by appointment upon arrival at Abrigo da Montanha – Hotel Rural & Spa (use for 45 minutes and subject to availability).Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Óptima estadia
Pros:

Gostamos do espaço do quarto e comodidade, estava tudo impecável em termos de limpeza, os funcionários eram muito simpáticos, a comida de muito boa qualidade e o atendimento no geral foi óptimo.

Cons:

Não podemos colocar o ar condicionado em frio. Claro que podemos optar por abrir a janela, que já traz ar fresco, mas à noite pode tornar-se um pouco frio demais. Relativamente ao spa, a cabine da sauna tinha um odor esquisito, mas de resto é adequado ao espaço do hotel.

Beautiful and comfortable hotel in Sabugueiro
Pros:

Beautiful and well maintained hotel in a beautiful and quiet location.
The staff was kind and accommodating.
The room was comfortable and clean.
The pool and spa area was nice too.

The food at the restaurant was delicious, but charging over 4 euros for a vegetable soup in Portugal sounds a bit overpriced.

Cons:

Guests not respecting their time slot at the spa/pool area. The space is quite small, so you get 1h slot a day to make sure that everyone is comfortable and can fully enjoy it. Sadly people are not keen on respecting that and there is no one from the staff enforcing it.

Correspondeu inteiramente ao que eu esperava.
Pros:

O hotel tem uma localização excelente para fazer turismo na Serra da Estrel, os quartos são amplos, airosos e asseados, o pequeno almoço é muito bom e os funcionários são muito amáveis. Experiência a repetir.

Cons:

Quarto com pouca insonorização , até se consegue ouvir o a descarga no quarto de banho de outro quarto, pessoas a andar no corredor, etc.

Cortina não faz black out.

Ar condicionado não funciona totalmente, sendo limitado em automático pela gerência do hotel ( decidem se fica para o frio ou calor).

A piscina, sauna e banho turco só funciona por marcação com tempo limite de 1h e se tiver vaga. Estava com musgo em várias zonas.

Pequeno almoço médio com alguns produtos caseiros e outros pre-congelados.

No restaurante infelizmente a experiência foi péssima logo no 1 dia, pois um dos pratos vinha com barba humana..e tentaram justificar dizendo que era pêlo de animal.

Pros:

We booked a family room and it turned out to be very spacious and comfortable. Part of the room was separated into a private area for the third person. The hotel has a spa, and bathrobes are provided free of charge at the reception. Excellent breakfast, free parking, and the only restaurant in the whole village that was open for dinner.

Cons:

During the night it started raining heavily, and the ceiling in the room leaked badly. The sound of water drops falling onto the floor made it difficult to sleep.
