Disappointed by misinformation and attitude
Pros:

The location is great, right in the city center, near many good places and a beautiful park. The room was very clean with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

Right after booking I have texted a property asking about access to the hotel and upper floors because I had lots of luggage 🧳🧳🧳 and I got a response that there's absolutely no problem and there's an elevator.. After I got there I discovered that the street the hotel is on is a pedestrian street so there's no taxi to the entrance, you have to walk a bit uphill from the corner which is challenging with multiple suitcases. Then it turned out the reception was on the second floor, and there are a lot of steps to get there!!! There was nobody to help me with the luggage and the girl at the reception was rude, refusing to speak English and emphasizing about the fine I will get for smoking even though I don't smoke 🤔 but she didn't bother to find out, just scare me with fines. I also had a free genius room upgrade from booking, but I just got a standard room. Breakfast wasn't great, the glass of sweet yogurt turned out to be kefir and other stuff like that... Overall, I don't think I will choose this hotel ever again.

Мне погравилось месторасположение. Все в шаговой доступности
Pros:

Месторасположение очень удобное. Сердце Кишенева.

Cons:

Если цены такие высокие на проживание только за месторасположение, то тогда понятно. В целом- номера маленькие, местами нужен косметический ремонт, нет халатов, нет зубной пасты. Завтраки очень скудные.
