Pros:

Hotel in edificio storico con molta moquette nelle parti comuni ma non nelle camere, che hanno l'aria di essere state rinnovate abbastanza di recente.

Cons:

Colazione molto basica, a mio avviso insufficiente.
Prodotti di cortesia praticamente assenti in camera.

Pros:

Top Lage mitten im Zentrum, freundliches Personal, alles sauber, gutes WIFI, sehr gutes Frühstück.
Taxi zum Flughafen etwas 400 Leu (= 20€).
Ein Englisch sprachiger TV Sender.

Cons:

Leider kein Wasserkocher vorhanden, als wir aus der Stadt zurück kamen, stand unser Safe mit gesamten Inhalt offen?!

EXCELLENT location. Good value for money hotel.
Pros:

The position! City Park is absolutely lovely and the heart of Chisinau, and this hotel is right there.
The restaurent is pretty good, and seemed often to have live music in the evenings which was fun and really good.
The hotel itself is a bit faded and old fashioned, but is quiet, clean and reasonably well equipped. Overall, excellent value for money.

Cons:

Cars, taxis etc can’t pull up immediately to the hotel because it is on a pedestrian street, then there is a flight of steps up to the door. Not an issue in most cases as it’s only about 50m from the drop off point, but ‘To Be Aware’.
Breakfast was good though unchanging day to day and not hugely varied. Over the week this got to be a bit dull.
The biggest gripe was the (single) coffee machine at breakfast. Nice enough coffee but the machine is old, has a smallish capacity (I think - they always seemed to be topping it up with water for example), didn’t have a huge range of options, and was so slow. It could easily mean waiting 5-10 minutes just for coffee.

Pros:

Готель розташований в дуже гарному місці, в самому центрі міста. Номер чистий, зручний. Сніданок різноманітний та смачний. Персонал компетентний та готовий допомогти з будь яких питань. Рекомендую готель для мандрівників!
