Place for parking

Cons:

The information regarding the location turned out to be completely incorrect. There is no beach near the hotel—only a boat dock—and there are no cafés or tourist shops in the immediate vicinity. You have to go to the city center, a 20-minute walk away, for such things. The area surrounding the hotel is very unremarkable. Only a few rooms offered a good view, while the view from the others was quite dreary.

Lovely and friendly as well as well being well located
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Plenty of free parking at hotel and just outside. Great location with a short 15/20 minute walk into town

Einzig und allein ist die Qualität und die Auswahl beim Frühstück positiv hervorzuheben, wobei die Verwendung von Plastikbechern für Säfte eher an eine Jugendherberge als an ein Hotel mit der Bewertung "Ausgezeichnet" erinnert.

Cons:

Das Apartment war mehr als abgewohnt und schmutzig, Keramik abgeschlagen, Deckenpaneele stark verschmutzt. Die Reinigung erfolgt nur oberflächlich. Vor dem Hotel ist eine Baustelle, wobei diese schon länger bestehen muss. Neben dem Hotel eine 24/7 Tankstellen mit einer SB-Reinigungszone, welche rund um die Uhr genutzt wird.
Es erfolgte keine Information über die Baustellen, obwohl wir sehr früh gebucht haben und das zu einem für ein 3Stern Hotel eher höherem Preis. Warum das Hotel hier mit "Ausgezeichnet" bewertet ist, ist für uns ein Rätsel.

Éviter booking , téléphoner directement la Chambre sera de toute façon mieux
Pros:

Nous avions pris deux nuits dans cet hôtel la première nuit, c’était une chambre vu sur le parking absolument sinistre, il la deuxième nuit avec un rallongement, nous avons pris une vue sur la mer qui était beaucoup mieux

Cons:

C’est un hôtel hors de prix pour ce que c’est, et sur noter par Booking, j’ai l’impression que chaque fois qu’on choisit une chambre par Booking on a une chambre désastreuse

Realmente las vistas son increíbles, el personal es súper amable y cercano. El desayuno buffet nos ha sorprendido, justo con opciones varias de todo, buena calidad y cantidad para un 3 estrellas realmente excelente.
La piscina era fantástica, y como todas las instalaciones muy cómodas.
Parking gratuito propio del alojamiento siempre con posibilidad y espacio para aparcar ya que es grande.
Habitación y cama muy cómoda.

Great price/value ratio - perfect location (close enough to walk to the city, and easy to get out from the hotel to the surrounding beaches). Staff is amazing - helpful and always welcoming.

Pros:

The room was spacious, comfy and clean with beautiful sea views from the balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful, gave us a great recommendation for a sailing tour. The free parking was great as well. The location was lovely and quiet and about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the centre.
