Erittäin siistiä, kaunis sisustus ja mukava henkilökunta. Huoneessa hyvä äänieristys ja huoneen sai oikeasti pimeäksi verhoilla. Miedosti tuoksuvat petivaatteet plussaa. Mahtava sijainti kauppakeskus kalen vieressä ja julkinen liikenne käytössä muutamassa minuutissa. Monipuolinen ja maistuva aamiainen, loistava kuntosali 😊

Cons:

Höyrysauna ei ollut sitä mitä odotin ja allasosasto alkaa kaipaamaan remonttia pikkuhiljaa. Sähköinen tuoksukone joka kerroksessa ja tämän takia en voi suositella hotellia henkilölle, joka hajusteille kovin herkkä.

Pros:

The room cleaning was very poor. The bath towels were of very poor quality, as if they have been using the same towel for last few years. The swimming pool was the most disappointing part as my kids got very upset. We booked this hotel due to swimming and we could only use it for once as it was a very poor pool.

Cons:

Swimming Pool - it was unclean, very deep (1.4m), not suitable for new learner kids and my son is only 1m in height. The sauna was full of mould and a few mosquitoes.

Cons:

Комната Делюкс (1304) - устаревшая!
Всю ночь шум от работающей системы кондиционирования отеля (не твоего номера).
Завтрак не понравился совсем!
Уборку в один день не сделали даже после обращения на ресепшен.
Ну и внутренние ощущение, что ты остановился не в отеле, а в отделении госпиталя.

Thank you to all the staff and chef Yunus .I keep coming back to the hotel resort.
Pros:

Excellent service, They greeted us with a friendly smile, Very clean and pleasant.
Loved the variety of breakfast especially Yunus the chef was very polite as he offered to make me the meal for my breakfast.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn’t like . Everything was perfect

Cons:

The staff located at the facilities like Sauna. Turkish Bath etc. They all are into fishing the customer for more money to spent for using these facilities.
Lack of staff as bell boy etc not available to bring the luggage.
