The villa and the room were amazing as well as the receptionist during our check out.

Cons:

The in-room facilities were below average, with no complimentary coffee or water provided. Guests were required to go to the lobby to purchase coffee outside of breakfast hours, which was inconvenient. While the villa initially gives an impression of luxury, this is not reflected in the actual experience. In the name of ecology, both the breakfast and overall facilities felt limited and disappointing.

We also asked for a very small extension to the 10:00 a.m. checkout time, until around 10:30–11:00 a.m. The night receptionist responded with a strict no, which felt unnecessarily inflexible for such a modest request. Fortunately, the morning receptionist was much more helpful and accommodating.

Would definitely recommend!
Pros:

Great location next to the train, the facilities and the building are beautiful, and the breakfast was incredible.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we didn’t have the best or friendliest experience with the late check in due to the staff member present at the time. But the staff any other day was amazing.

Pros:

L'hotel è molto bello e molto curato. Staff gentilissimo e premuroso. Colazione ottima. Bellissimo il giardino dell'hotel. Sistemazione davvero ottima e in posizione strategica per raggiungere molte mete nella zona.
