Perfect location for Venice airport
The room was clean, spacious and nicely designed. The staff were pleasant and polite, We also liked the beautiful, green and well-maintained hotel grounds, which were full fenced and convenient when travelling with a dog. The location was very convenient, with the train station withing walking distance, while the surroundings were quiet and pleasent.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was a major disappointment. For a hotel presented as a luxury property, the selection was extremely limited and lacked variety. There was no fresh bread or pastries, fresh vegetables, a proper selection of cheeses and cold cuts, or any hot breakfast options. There were only two types of cake, with one repeated every day and the other every second day. The use of paper cups and plastic cutlery also felt very cheap and out of place for a hotel of this standard. I do not care about story behind, it looks cheap, I have to be honest.
We were also disappointed by the lack of preparation for our dog. We informed the hotel in advance that we would be travelling with him and paid a pet fee (20€ per night), but there was no bowl, dog bed, water or even a small welcome gesture for the dog. Compared with other dog-friendly hotels we have stayed at, this felt like the pet fee was simply an additional charge rather than part of a genuinely dog-friendly service.
The room also lacked sufficient storage space, both in the bedroom and bathroom. Overall, the breakfast and the lack of attention to guests travelling with dogs were the main reasons why we were disappointed with our stay.
Delightfully renovated, comfortable spacious, quiet. Lovely friendly staff. Comfy beds, well appointed rooms. Stayed in the third floor suite, which had an amazing old beam roof. Limousine shuttle to Marco Polo airport turned out to be a total bargain at €60 compared to a taxi or Uber
They use a mix of real and paper plated/bowls/cups. Would be nice not to create so much waste and do it all with real crockery.
The concept and the design of the hotel were quite unique. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was clean and on a very convenient location.
I think that the breakfast should have more verities, because it was quite basic.
( but the option of having complimentary coffee and tea all day long was a big plus).

Die Zimmer sind sehe hellhörig und der Kaffee aus der Kaffeemaschine ist brühend heiß und bitter.
Příjemný hotel s čistými a prostornými pokoji a velmi milým personálem. Moc se nám líbil krásný, oplocený areál plný zeleně. Velkým plusem je také poloha v pěší dostupnosti vlakového nádraží, odkud se snadno dostanete do Benátek, Trevisa nebo Verony.
Bohužel jsme z hotelu byli celkově zklamaní. Pokoje jsou krásné, čisté a prostorné, ale chyběl nám dostatek úložného prostoru – zejména skříň a poličky, a to i v koupelně.
Největším zklamáním pro nás byla snídaně. Hotel ji prezentuje jako velmi dobrou, ale nabídka byla naopak velmi chudá a bez větší variace. Chybělo čerstvé pečivo, zelenina, větší výběr sýrů a šunek, teplá snídaně i drobné sladké pečivo. Prakticky od všeho byl pouze jeden druh a nabídka se během pobytu opakovala. Místo běžného hotelového nádobí byly navíc k dispozici papírové kelímky a plastové příbory, což nám vzhledem k prezentaci hotelu jako luxusního opravdu neodpovídalo.
Zklamala nás také připravenost hotelu na psa. Přestože jsme předem informovali, že přijedeme se psem, a zaplatili poplatek 20 €/za noc, nebyla na pokoji připravena ani miska, pelíšek nebo jakákoli drobnost pro psa. Působilo to na nás, že se zde poplatek vybírá pouze za samotné ubytování psa bez jakéhokoli dalšího servisu.

Long check in process and breakfast was truly horrible. Plastic plates, undrinkable coffee, milk tasted spoiled. Very limited breakfast options

Very clean and opulent hotel with nice luxury features. Location has a lot of shops around it.
Lacking tv apps e.g. YouTube for children. Quiet hotel, with not much for kids to do. More suited for adults.
