Das Hotel ist gut aber für mich entspricht diese Höhe Bewertung nicht.
Pros:

Zimmer und allgemein die Anlage ist sehr schön, modern und bequem. Sehr sauber und es gibt ein geschlossener Fahrradraum. Wasserautomat auch vorhaben. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage auch gut um Venedig, Treviso und Padua zu erkundigen. Jesolo ist auch nicht weit.

Cons:

Drei Sachen:

- Parkplatz kostet 10€/Tag. Das war bei der Buchung bei Booking nicht ersichtlich. Preis ist ok, aber mir ist wichtig vorab sowas zu wissen. Da wir mit Auto unterwegs waren, wäre das für uns ein Ausschlusskriterium. Anders gesagt, wenn ich es wusste, hätte ich das Hotel längst von meiner Suche ausgeschlossen und ein anderes gebucht. Man kann in der Nähe ohne Probleme einen Parkplatz auf der Straße finden aber das war nicht Sinn der Sache.
- Frühstuck etwas dürftig aber für italienische Verhältnisse ok.
- Kaffe im Frühstück aus dem Vollautomaten. Enttäuschung, da ich aus anderen Hotels in Italien anders kenne.
- Hotel verläuft sich als „nachhaltig“ beim Frühstück gibt es kein echtes Besteck oder Gläser. Besteck war einweg aus Plastik und für den Kaffee Pappbecher….einfach ein Witz. Selbst bei B&B oder Ibis kriegt man echtes Geschirr und nichts aus Plastik.
- Zimmertür öffnet über das Handy. Also weder Schlüssel noch Zimmerkarte. Es ist zwar „modern“ aber für mich war sehr sehr nervig und unnötig.

Vetro doccia che bon scorre e rimane appeso, mancanza del bidet in bagno, mancanza di prodotti senza lattosio (torte, brioche, latte..) e lo yogurt dopo averlo chiesto non è stato fornito a vasetto ma versato in un contenitore

Pleasant, clean and quiet.
Pros:

The hotel is very clean. Nice breakfast. Situated very centrally for our purposes with easy access to bars and restaurants. Very quiet.

Cons:

Charging guests Euro 10.00 a day to park on the property, which was in fact empty, seems rather excessive. Guests are given the option to park outside the property for free or inside at a fee. This could be justified if there was minimal parking available on the property but there is a lot of space available with very few guests making use of it, understandably! We had previously stayed at The Fosrcarini and therefore returned. We found the hotel very different - the rooms are quite stark/clinical and not very appealing. Lots of technology used (door and gate access), which did not particularly appeal to us. Plastic cutlery at breakfast was quite an unpleasant surprise.

Charming hotel and a great alternative to staying in Venice
Pros:

Hotel Villa Foscarini is a beautiful and charming place to stay. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to visit Venice while avoiding the crowds. The free parking is a major advantage if you're traveling by car. Breakfast was very good, and the surrounding neighborhood is lovely, with several good restaurants within walking distance.

In my opinion, staying here has several advantages over staying in Venice itself. You can easily drive to the hotel, enjoy a quieter atmosphere, and pay a much better price for a hotel of a similar standard, while still having quick access to Venice by train.

Everything perfect
Pros:

Super friendly staff, very clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed and everything there one can need! We highly appreciated the many free parking spaces and also the breakfast buffet. Thanks for the nice stay!

Vaisselle en carton et plastique
Peu de choix au petit déjeuner, jus de fruits, pas à la hauteur , pas de possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner à l' extérieur, pas de salon de jardin, pour profiter du jardin où autre , enfin insonorisation a revoir , quand on est au premier étage au niveau des escaliers .

Чудова адміністраторка на рецепції, допомогла з деталями, була надзвичайно привітна та корисна. Є сніданок, достатньо, щоб гарно перекусити.
