O experiență mixtă: locație îngrijită, dar cu lipsuri care au afectat confortul șederii.
Pros:

* Locația este îngrijită, cu o grădină frumoasă și bine întreținută.
* Aproape de gară, ceea ce este foarte convenabil pentru deplasări.
* Am putut lăsa bagajele la proprietate înainte de ora de check-in, deoarece am ajuns mai devreme.

Cons:

Pentru o proprietate clasificată la 4 stele, am fost surprinși să găsim tacâmuri de plastic și pahare de carton pentru cafea.
* Nu au fost oferiti papuci de casă.
* Micul dejun a fost destul de limitat. Deși aveam inclus micul dejun pentru ultima zi, având zborul la ora 4:00 dimineața am solicitat să îl putem consuma în prima zi, când am ajuns la proprietate pentru a lăsa bagajele. Solicitarea ne-a fost refuzată, fără nicio alternativă oferită.
* În zona ușii de acces erau furnici, iar aerisirea camerei devenea dificilă deoarece acestea intrau în interior.
* După efectuarea curățeniei, am găsit în fiecare zi luminile aprinse în cameră, ceea ce a însemnat un consum inutil de energie timp de multe ore.

Struttura molto bella in posizione strategica per raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria.
Staff gentile e camere pulite.

Cons:

Il confort del bagno non era adeguato al resto della struttura: lavandino molto piccolo, difficile riuscire appigli per gli asciugamani e assenza del bidet.

La villa barocca ristrutturata in chiave moderna con dispositivi elettronici , il giardino esterno curato , la pulizia impeccabile, la gentilezza della ragazza alla reception, il letto comodissimo con materasso alto ortopedico e topper

Cons:

La colazione scarna , la mancanza di brioches appena sfornate alla crema, la mancanza di piatti espressi come ad esempio 2 uova strapazzate o all'occhio di bue con bacon , le posate tristissime per un 4 stelle in plastica , la mancanza di avere la possibilità di ordinare un the al limone, un cappuccino fatto come si deve con la macchina del bar , la mancanza di una cucina in poche parole. La mancanza del bidet nel bagno , la cabina della doccia che non si chiudeva facendo allagare il l pavimento..le finestre esterne che non si chiudevano ermeticamente facendo filtrare la luce nelle prime ore diurne , la presenza della linea ferroviaria nelle vicinanze abbastanza rumorosa..ci vuole più personale umano e meno domotica

The hotel is wonderful, close to the bua station and train station. Very very clean and the staff absolutely lovely.

Very( i mean veeeryyyy) poor breakfast( only boileg eggs, prosciutto and slices of cheese)

Hotel können wir empfehlen.
Pros:

Für einen Besuch in Venedig liegt das Hotel super. Die Bahnstation ist in 10. Min. zu erreichen. Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer gab es keinen Kleiderschrank.

Die Lage des Hotels war gut. Innenstadt war fußläufig zu erreichen. Für den Radweg München nach Venedig gute Lage des Hotels.

Cons:

Wir hatten beim Einchecken einen Rezeptionistin der nicht unbedingt arbeiten wollte. Ihm war alles zuviel. Wir waren im Raum für die Fahrräder wo er uns hingeschickt hatte. Steckdosen zum Aufladen fanden wir erst nicht, da alles zugestellt war vom Rooming Team. Ihm war zuviel zu uns zu kommen und uns die Steckdosen zu zeigen. Aber der Abschuss war dass er uns im Bereich der Rezeption den Mund verbat. Wir führten eine ganz normale Unterhaltung. Er sprach mit Lautsprecher am Telefon. Was man nicht macht. Beim Frühstück kam die Überraschung schlecht hin. Ein 4 Sterne Haus was mit luxury wirbt hat Plastikbesteck und Pappbecher zum Frühstück was ich sofort bemängelt habe. Der Käse war angelaufen, Sachen nicht aufgefüllt. Das wurde erst beim anmahnen gemacht.

Все было хорошо , отель чистый уютный со свежим ремонтом . Уборка и замена полотенц каждый день по вашему желанию .
Pros:

Было чисто , персонал вежливый. Хорошее месторасположения , рядом остановка поезда и автобусная . Есть магазины , спокойный район . Территория отеля зеленая .

Cons:

Хотелось бы более разнообразный завтрак или хотя бы добавит овощей .
