Cancelling my reservation
Pros:

I made a reservation via hotels.com but due to my son’s sickness I had to cancel my reservation. The hotel however asked me to cancel my reservation with Booking.com as well I never booked with. The hotel insisted and I finally did. The hotel wanted to charge my credit card I cancelled my card before they tried. This kind of bullying and scamming people is out of norms for a hotel like this. I still do not know why I had to cancel with Booking.com where I never booked with them. Does anyone have answer for that? My other reservations at different dates same hotel with Hotels.com I never had any issue cancelling them and never asked to cancel with Booking.com as well. This is still puzzling to me.

Night before flight
Pros:

Stayed here night before flight Lovely room and staff.
Only drawback was no in-house restaurant but walked a few hotels over and had a meal and drink.
Really appreciated opportunity to purchase late check out.

I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would stay here again.
Pros:

I love the facility, it is nice, inviting and clean. The breakfast area is spacious and comforting. My morning routine is get up at 6:30am go for a swim then go to my room and get ready for breakfast. The pool is a good size and it is clean, you can do laps and exercise. Breakfast has some good selections with some changes each morning. The room is big and spacious with lots of room for my cat to explore.

Cons:

I wish the fridge was bigger, it's 3/4 the size of the ones that I'm used to seeing in other hotels. Because of the length of my stay I didn't have enough storage space in the fridge to put some of the items that I bought, including my leftover dinners and drinks, etc. Some of stuff I had to throw out the next morning.

Pros:

Struttura moderna, essenziale ma estremamente confortevole. Ampi spazi sia nelle camere che negli spazi comuni. Camera spaziosa, molto pulita, letti comodi. Ampio bagno con ottimi prodotti a disposizione. Personale della reception attento, competente e disponibile. Presente palestra e una bellissima piscina con angolo hot tube, piacevole e molto pulita. Ottima colazione abbondante e varia. A breve distanza (pochi minuti a piedi) è presente un gradevole ristorante. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio navetta sia per il recupero dall'aeroporto dove avevamo lasciato l'auto (è bastato telefonare per farci venire a prendere) sia per riportarvici il giorno della partenza. Assolutamente comodo per visitare Calgary (una mezz'ora di auto) e a 10 minuti di navetta dall'aeroporto. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Pros:

we have stayed there before and again the room was great, it is close to the airport and the breakfast was good

Cons:

the website says free shuttle service to the casino but the staff at the front desk didn't know that it was on the website and said it was not a service offered
