Lock of bathroom broken.
Checking in was super easy and the staff are very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was great.
I would have liked yo have some cream available for the coffee in the room. The hot water was not hot enough.
We really appreciated the convenience of the shuttle bus, especially Jessica who was exceptionally helpful. We liked the pool and hot tub and all inclusive breakfast
The breakfast area was very congested and not enough tables. And we didn’t have a table in our room in which to sit if we wanted to bring our breakfast to the room.

Ce n’est pas lié à l’hôtel mais bon à savoir : il n’y a pas d’option de transports en commun pratique pour rejoindre le centre ville, il faut utiliser un VTC
The staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to/ from the nearby airport was a plus. Breakfast featured a good selection of hot and cold options. WiFi worked well, decent speed and reliability.
It is close to the airport but not to anything else. No eateries or shopping options at all.

Easy to use airport shuttle, a good hot breakfast, and wonderfully helpful employees! It was a quick stay on either side of my flights, but it was great.
