Pros:

This is normally my go to accomodation I genuinely love Rydges fortitude valley however this time it was disappointing how management handled the after sales of my stay

Cons:

The air conditioning didn’t work and I got no sleep whatsoever. The exhaust fan didn’t work either. When I raised my concern on checkout all they did was refund me my parking fees

We had a brilliant time and the lady on reception, Celine, was so super helpful

Cons:

Our shower was broken and the hand-held nozzle had been taped. It sprayed water everywhere and wouldn’t stay up on the stand. Water only came from the centre making it difficult to shower with.

Pros:

Resteraunt and parking were great.

Cons:

The mini fridge in the room made a noise so i unpluged it so i could sleep.

The elevator audible floor alerts and visual display were contradictory.

Clean and tidy, excellent location - great staff. No wifi.
Cons:

The wifi did not connect at all. This was not a work alone trip but I did have to work while there. When I asked reception the helpful young woman showed me the most convoluted process to get connection - having Cheerful as the password was salt in the wound. The coffee/tea mugs in my room (101) had the barcode sticker on - where you drink from, not a big issue but not good either.

Pros:

Its close to the Exhibition Centre, train station and Kulcher coffee shop

Cons:

Don't think it is great value for money. Room was small and not very modern with no outlook. Besides Kulcher the food and retail options are pretty poor.

Pros:

Perfect location. My son loved the pool.

Cons:

No anti bacterial wipes left in the gym. Shower didn’t get very hot
