The amount of money that I spent on the room and the amount of money I spent in the restaurant downstairs was a joke when I came back to the room to find out the aircon was set by reception. My room was at 28.C, with no windows at all I had to contact reception everyday. Shocking for what I paid for the 2 nights I was there. It took them over an hour each day to fix the aircon.
Breakfast was international with the element of quality from the bespoke eggs from the chef and the build your own fresh juice. Some of the breakfast staff were not as pleseant as others. The irish/ american tall chef was great!
Bar staff were really friendly, young blond girl and the day time superviser , male tall glasses. Very helpful
Some of the morning staff were very rude when checking if i had a room number , despite being sat with my room card. Had to ask twice for my in room phone to be connected as i couldnt acess the wifi, or the Rydges app. Had to request my room to be made up twice. The pool was not heated :(
