Could not get a drink after 10pm
The room we had was large and comfortable.
The gym definitely needs an upgrade. Some of the equipment is not working.
Was extremely disappointing when the parking shown on website was a public car park next door. It ruined about 3 hours of our afternoon having to sort out parking because it was full

Bed mattress was too soft, and moved about too much !

Parkingg was limited, and i didn'tknow i had to go to reception first to get an entry code. No signage. Didn't know i had to swipe my card to use the lift.
Staff and facility were wonderful but no parks left in the carpark, mutiple spots blocked out with bollards. Had to pay $50 in nearby carpark for one night and walk luggage to hotel.
Room was lovely, great view of the showground.
Shower was great, well equipped - but no shower gel in the shower.
Bed was comfy, bit soft for my liking.

Parking right next door very good, although expensive and no discount for hotel guests.
Having paid $300 for the room, plus another $60 for breakfast, it seems really unfair that we have to pay for water at $6 per bottle from the room minibar. In many other hotels of a similar ilk, the water in the room is free.

Paying for car parking, having a time limit to being able to enter and leave carpark, bath tub looked like it had blood spots in it, reception was very clear about how to get to room at check in but we figured it out ourselves
